Having purchased thousands of dollars of televisions, computers, phones and more over the past 6 years at the Bee Caves, Texas @ 12909 Shops Parkway across from the Hill country Galleria as a customer I could not be more DISAPPOINTED in the management decision to not refund me in full for a Microsoft computer device that I purchased less than 24 hours ago. Only a partial refund was afforded on my $600.00 purchase made yesterday as the manager this evening was not authorized to refund my Microsoft purchase advising me I'd have to contact Microsoft despite Best Buy selling me the product yesterday with the understanding it was fully refundable. Totally feel cheated by the Best Buy in Bee Caves Tx. where as a senior citizen I caution you to consider your options in purchasing from a more honest store than this one. L.Williams

Horrible service. I used Best Buy in Los Angeles before and it was a good service.Now, I bought computer in the Best Buy store in Austin. I asked for the Geek Squad to come to set it up. Paid for the membership. I was told by employee that he scheduled appointment and the rep will come on the certain date.Nobody came, no calls, no new date!Called Best Buy in Bee Cave over 10 times - nobody answered the phone. I went through multiple message “push number ..,” and then the phone call was disconnected!!!!Over 10 times!Tried chat - useless.And the worst thing is that this happened two times ( bought two things on separate dates).Do not buy things from Best Buy from this store- it is a disaster.

They usually have what I need and are helpful when they aren't too busy.I don't like how they reduced the Total Tech benefits after I was already a member, such as adding a minimum "co-pay" for repairs (during the two year warranty) and limiting it to two items/claims per year. I buy a lot of stuff there and when they did that, it really reduced the value of that warranty for what I pay yearly to be a member.

I'll start this by saying we didn't go on the weekend. I hear that it's absolutely crazy busy on the weekend so I'm sure service might not be as good if you go on a weekend.Now having said, the two times we went into the place (on a week day), service was prompt, helpful and friendly.We had a small issue with the delivery of our fridge but that was a third party delivery company, not really best buys fault...They still made an effort to make it right for us which was good of them.Then we had an issue that our fridge died within a month of us buying it, so best buy swapped it for a new fridge.All dealings with them have been professional and really good. Would recommend them for sure .... especially if you can find time during the work week to go:)

Went to this store to exchange a kid's electric scooter purchased as a Christmas gift. This was the second attempt to exchange as the first order was damaged and the second had a missing part. Requested the manager to price-match a different color as the original color was arriving after Christmas Day and they refused and asked me to pay the non-sale price for the available color

Going to Best Buy is usually a chore, but the folks who work at this one have made it enjoyable. The young man in the TV section helped me pick out the right TV and sound bar.

Scheduled them to come hang my tv up as well as hide the cables/wires, but they said they couldn’t do it. They said I would have to hire an electrician to install another outlet. So I hired an electrician and he said Best Buy lied to me because it’s definitely doable and easy like any other house to hang the tv up and hide the cables/wires without having to install another outlet. I would not recommend Best Buy services!

Best Buy used to be the store for electronics. I've found the inventory was missing backups , too many empty shelves. However, the store was very clean and their staff friendly and knowledgeable.Like most retail stores, the Internet has taken alot of business from brick and mortar. I for one am an old timer. I still like to touch and see what I'm going to buy. I still like to store shop .

I told the person who made my appointment that I needed someone to look at my Samsung phone. When I arrived for my appointment and then waited 15 minutes... I was told that the Bee Cave, TX location doesn't work on Samsung phones. I then made an appointment for 13 days later at another Best Buy (South Austin). This is terrible customer service!

Customer service at best buy has been declining for years. No difference at this particular store. It's to the point now that you can't even reach someone in the store by phone. I'm forced to come into the store, where the workers are typically just walking around, with no concept of customer service. This is what happens when there really isn't any local electronic competitors. At this point I'll just use Best Buy to see which item I want, and buy it from Amazon. They are going down the same road as the previous big box store, Circuit City.
