It has been OVER a year and half of my order has yet to be fulfilled. Ridiculous! Don't place an order with this company if you actually want to use the furniture you order in the near future.

Mark and Denzel just delivered our new pool table purchased at the Billiard Factory in Bee Cave, TX. They arrived at our pre-arranged time, were professional, and did an incredible job assembling our custom table. I really appreciated all of the extra tips on care and maintenance. Purchased a pool/dining table from Dominic over at the Pflugerville location. He was knowledgeable and very helpful during the purchase. He seemed very willing to go the extra mile for us. There was a pricing discrepancy between online and in store that he ironed out immediately for us. I am grateful he was there to assist in all my inquiries as well. Will be recommending to others!

I purchased a poker table more than 6 months ago...two chairs were on back order and told I would receive in October...I never heard from them again. I followed up and was told November...then told in early December that the chairs were no longer available but I could get 2 non-matching chairs...I agreed...never heard from them again...I followed up and asked for a refund...we've made several requests for the more than $2k...but are being told that their CFO must approve...nothing...I'm filing a lawsuit to get my refund...unfortunate

Great customer service! My aunt gifted me a pool table from her house in greater Houston. Billiard Factory disassembled the table, shipped it to my house, and set it up in a timely and organized manner staying in constant communication the entire time.

I ordered a pool rack on Oct 16 2020. After waitng a reasonable time for shipping, I had to reach out. I made 6 attempts to reach them both through their webiste and over the phone. Finally I get an email from them on Nov 24, 2020 saying they can't send me the product I ordered and they'd like to help me choose something else. I won't ever use them again and am requesting the order be canceled.
