I am a prescriber and left a voicemail at 4pm today. When the patient showed up they said they never got it. Patient called back so I tried calling the pharmacy at 6:58pm (before they close) and they just let the phone ring. What a terrible pharmacist.

Pharmacy staff was very unprofessional and lacking any concern for customer satisfaction. Waited over 30 minutes and still did not get my prescription filled as they said it would be another 15 minutes!
