Rude, unprofessional teenager running the pharmacy. At least my order was correct, but come on. Have some manners. CVS you can do better

I’ve never written a pharmacy review before, but the bald pharmacist at the CVS in Bee Cave made sure this one earned it. His entire demeanor radiates judgment and disdain—like helping customers is beneath him and basic human decency is optional.
When I came in to pick up a necessary (and frankly personal) prescription, he said the name of it aloud with this smug, cutting tone—like he was enjoying the idea of me suffering. There was no discretion, no empathy, just a cold stare and an air of superiority that made an already uncomfortable experience feel humiliating.
This man shouldn’t be in a role where compassion is part of the job. Pharmacists are supposed to support patients, not make them feel small. If you’re already dealing with something tough, the last thing you need is someone like him acting like your pain is an inconvenience to his day.
CVS, do better. And if you’re reading this and considering this location—run, don’t walk, to literally any other pharmacy.I’m

I was followed around the store all morning as if I was a thief. I frequent this CVS and have NEVER stolen or given them any reasoning to expect stealing.
It made me uncomfortable for the employee to stand SO close to me while I looked at FIVE DOLLAR hair ties. I ended up putting them down and just buying drinks, which was interesting as the employee started doing laps to try and find out where I went. She never spoke to me even once. Not a hello, good morning, nothing. Just lurking. If a man had followed me like this I would’ve called the police.
I’d pay more attention to the unopened brown pharmacy bag of controlled substance tramadol with patient information all over it sitting near the photo center. Not only is it a HUGE privacy violation, but a HUGE theft risk as an addictive medication. Get a grip!
Pharmacy has its own issues which all other reviews will cover. Avoid!

I’ve been visiting this CVS for years and have always enjoyed friendly, engaging conversations with the staff at checkout. I’ve never encountered a single issue.

Consistency the worst pharmacy experience I’ve ever encountered.

If I could give one star I would. This evening I was trying to pickup a pack of Allegra D. Living in Texas if you know you know. The girl at the counter informed me I had to come in to make my purchase. For allergy medicine!!!!! As somebody who is disabled this is incredibly offensive and also discriminatory. I am unable to come in and for you to be so rudely dismissive is uncalled for. I will be filing an ethics complaint and a BBB notification. I would never recommend anybody come to the CVS on highway 71. It is quite clear why this is consistently a one star location. Do better.

Had the worst experience ever!! I had an appointment at 2pm and had to wait an hour before the pharmacist could attend to me. And there was literally no one else in line. If you plan to get vaccinated pls do not come to this location. They do not respect your time.

The pharmacist told us to not rely on their automated system and if it says your script is ready, most likely it is not. Terr

Do not trust this pharmacy. The pharmacist won't do what she is required by law to do, the techs switch medications and commit fraud. Because they used my ID for the wrong medication I can not get the correct one from another pharmacy.

Literally no one working here. An old lady at self checkout next to me needed an ID check on the machine and no one came. We walked around the whole store looking for someone who worked there to help her and legitimately could not find anyone. Crazy.

I felt as though the pharmacist was very rude today. I feel as though he took out his frustration on me when I asked him a question. I was the only person in line waiting on service When almost 3 to 4 mins pass, I asked if I should come back. Pharmacist looked up with disgust and said "I said we'll be with you", with a little anger in his tone. I told him I didn’t hear when you said that. He just looked at me and continued with what he was working on. The other pharmacist assisted me right after this incident. The pharmacist tone was uncalled for and I don't appreciate being disrespected where I spend my money.

Doesn’t stay open until the time promised. I showed up a few min before 7 when they say the pharmacy is open until 7. And then they don’t come to the window and the door is locked. I waited outside and honked my horn and they still don’t come. Apparently they don’t care when a customer has a surgery and needs the medication for that day because they feel like taking off early. Terrible service. Our community deserves better.
