I had an excellent customer service experience at the Bee Cave store shoe department. I needed to find walking shoes for my elderly mother, who has a difficult time with shoe fit. Skylar was super patient in finding us options. She was the first person to ever suggest that my mom try men's sneakers since they might be roomier than women's. That was the perfect solution! Plus we had multiple shoe department staff ask us throughout our time there if we needed additional help. I have nothing but good things to say about the service we received today.

I’ve been to the golf section in the bee cave store and every time there is a young kid working and everytime he is just so obtuse and honestly very rude. I know Amanda the manager and ray the general managers would like to know. I’ve not bought products because he is so rude.

I like Dicks - its a great store with a lot of options. But every time I come to the shoe department, you have to beg someone to help you. Dont know why. Maybe its me. 🤔

Extremely rude lady working the front customer service.!Kellie. I politely asked where can I return my items? And she rudely said well not hear you need to go to the other side of the counter and then another lady was asking her a question after that and she said I have too many things going on right now . I was shocked at the rude comments. She then says “ Patience is a virtue!”

Dick’s Sporting Goods is a large national chain that carries most of the major sports like running, tennis, soccer, bicycles, pickleball, swimming, and a little bit of lower and camping and sit on top kayak equipment. For what it is, it’s great. If you were looking for specific sports and higher and equipment, I would seek out a specialty shop that sells camping equipment like REI, or tennis equipment, like Tennis Express. But for most things, they should have it.

Horrible customer service. My wife grabbed me a pair of Adidas slides for $24 bucks which were the wrong size. I tried to exchange them the next day for the correct size. No receipt, so they wouldn't exchange them for a different size..... Get bent Dicks. I ordered the same pair off of Amazon when I got home $2 cheaper. Unless you like to browse around a store these days I would order online. They lost a customer over a pair of 24 dollar slides. Good luck, and good riddance Dick's Retail. If anyone needs a size 10 in black I'll send them to you for free as they are worth zero to me.

If you live in the Lakeway/Bee Cave area, don’t settle for the convenience—just take the trip to the Domain location. Better variety and far better customer service. Completely nonexistent in the Bee Cave location. 2 stars because they did have a decent variety of golf shoes, but less than half of them were displayed. I had to open boxes to see what was in them. Spent 30 minutes trying on shoes, multiple associates saw me but didn’t bother once to ask if I needed assistance. They just carried about their banter with other unengaged associates. When I got the checkout, the associate asked, “did you find everything okay?” to which I responded, “sure, I guess. It definitely took me a while because more than half your golf shoes are not displayed nor did anyone offer help.” Associate: “oh”. Pretty certain he was stoned. I don’t imagine this store is turning a decent profit for the corporation.

I received this item yesterday, this is beyond disgusting and unacceptable. How can someone be able to return this item in store , and be sold to a customer.
