I received this item yesterday, this is beyond disgusting and unacceptable. How can someone be able to return this item in store , and be sold to a customer.

Bad experience. When I was checking out I was helped by Nick he was rude unprofessional and asked me so many unnecessary questions… I bought a football and while i was typing in my rewards phone number he was throwing it up in the air and saying to another worker “hey catch” which isn’t a huge problem but i was most upset when i typed in my phone number and he said how old are you i responded with my age and i asked why he would ask that and he said no reason, then made me provide him a name for my account after telling him my phone number which is definitely not necessary.

Used the in-store kiosk to order a pair of shoes to try on, and it asks for a name and shirt color. Employee apparently doesn't check the name and passes the last pair they have to the wrong guy who was wearing the same color as me. Took 30 minutes of me standing right by the kiosk for them to notice the mistake. Why not just order online if I have to do all the work?

Had some casual trainers for every day use I actually liked and while the place wasn’t busy (Monday afternoon), the associate who helped me was friendly and super quick to help. Not a massive collection of casual trainers, but they had one I liked! Layout of the store - mixing men’s and women’s - was a bit odd though.

Don't come here to buy shoes. Sure, they have a great variety of brands and sizes. But you'll spend an hour waiting for the salespeople to get you your size from the back. It's a terrible system they have and one they should shelve immediately. No reason to not offer more efficiency to your customers shopping for shoes.

Good selection, multiple visits and staff is generally lacking and not knowledgeable, especially shoe section. If you know what you need and plan to grab and go it’s fine. If you need help, not so much.

This review has little to do with customer service. Staff are pretty friendly. My issue with this location if Dicks is the way they have decreased the variety of fitness attire for women. Unless of course you're a fan of the Carrie Underwood athleisure line. I did notice that they filled up the aisles in the ladies section with all of their Austin FC attire and some men's golf clothing. The variety offered for women has significantly decreased. I stand a better chance of shopping at Marshall's or Amazon.

My wife and I are in our 70's and came to the Bee Caves store to purchase walking shoes. We had heard great things about Hokas. A young man standing guard over the department made it clear he did not want to deal with old people. When I asked a question he answered with a sweep of his arm. He did not offer to help us in any way. We found another (a bit older ) man who was equally uninterested in helping us. He gave us a terse answer and began a conversation on his blue tooth as he walked away. We left the store and will not return.

Went for shoes/athletic shorts for a toddler and they had next to no options in store. Disappointed by their lack of selection in store compared to online. You also have to get assistance to get shoes to try on—this model of anti-self service is a bummer.

The worst customer service I've ever been to nobody in the golf department knows anything about golf , the young man tryed his best , called for management for 10 minutes she showed up I don't know anything about golf , totally useless, bought a set of clubs, totally the wrong shafts they should go to the manufacture with it they don't do warranties or returns. I will never buy anything Dicks sporting or golf Galaxy again from now on it's the PGA superstore they honor what they sell.

If you are in the Bee Cave area and in need of some sporting good items. This is the only place to go. It is a chain location. So, it's a hit or miss on the customer service. Might find better prices elsewhere, depending on what you are looking for.

We got custom clubs for my husband at this location and Jesse in the golf dept was the absolute best! He went above and beyond from the start to the end. He’s a huge asset to Dick’s! If you need custom clubs, go ask for Jesse!!! And Dick’s….give this guy a raise, you dont want to lose him!!! Thanks for everything, Jesse!
