Looks like a great selection of clothes. Unfortunately all 4 of the dressing rooms that I walked to across the store were closed or the rooms were locked. There was no one at the register and no one to be found on the floor. I recommend unlocking the dressing rooms if you are going to understaff the floor.

I bought a pair of jeans here and the same day I brought them back. Upon approaching the return desk, the lady was so rude and was annoyed to have to assist me. She went on a tirade about how I may not be able to return them in her department and that I’d need to go to the desk I purchased them at! What?! I don’t remember what desk I purchased them at. I asked her wasn’t it just scanning the tag and showing the receipt? She said “No, let’s take for instance you bought a men’s suit, I don’t know anything about men’s suits!” I’ll probably never go back here - wasn’t worth the experience.

The lady at the Chanel makeup counter unfortunately, her attitude doesn't match. I found her to be rude and unapproachable, she actually raised her voice and dismissed me when I asked a simple question about a product. It made the whole experience uncomfortable. I ended up buying the product on the Chanel website. Shopping for Chanel should feel luxurious, not ugly. I hope management addresses this, because customer service matters just as much as appearance.

Been a long time loyal customer but never going back. I received cloths as a gift about 6 weeks ago and the pants and shoes were the wrong size. When I tried returning them with all the tags and unworn, still wrapped up, they said it was outside of the return time. Almost $300 of clothes that I couldn’t even get store credit. What is the difference in the 2 weeks if the clothes are in perfect condition. The staff doesn’t care and this is why people are sticking to online shopping. Pathetic a store that net $7billion being so stingey.

After reading reviews I thought I would write one. This store has the worst case of unconscious Bias I have ever experienced! The sad thing is I am a store manager in the Hillcountry Galleria! I will be contacting their corporate office they really need some inclusion training at this location!

This location has a culture problem. Both my fiance and I have attempted to shop here multiple times, in both the men's and women's sections, and have been wholly ignored by staff. Standing 3 feet from employees, waiting for help, while they finish having their gossipy conversation, pointedly ignoring me, is not acceptable. And this happens in multiple departments, which tells me it's a culture problem in this store.
We will not be returning to this location.

BEWARE OF RACIST STAFF!!! Came here this Sunday with my daughter and husband to look for some pants and costume jewelry. I noticed the security guard watching my daughter and me in the jewelry department. We didn’t have a bag or purse so not sure why he needed to watch us if we had the cheap jewelry in our hands the whole time. No one ever greeted us in that department so we walked around with my husband to look for pants, jewelry still in hand. My husband found some pants so we started walking to the checkout counter when we noticed the staff had called the mall cop to the store and he was now talking to the security guard that was watching us in the jewelry department. The mall cop, security guard and manager are now looking at us. The security guard then walked to the exit door which was parallel to the checkout counter with his arms crossed looking directly at us. I had to take a double look because I was shocked that he was really watching us as we were literally paying for our stuff at that very moment. As we were checking out a manager walks up and stands five feet away from us looking at her phone acting like she’s not there watching us. This was a horrible experience!!! On the drive home we had to explain to our daughter why they targeted us. I explained to her that it was because we are brown and we made them feel uncomfortable. It just because the color of our skin. Sad world we live in.

After trying on clothes and walking around for awhile, I walked into Kelly's department. She was a true professional. She brought me a few things to try on and confirmed the price of my merchandise before checkout. She will be my "go to" when shopping for clothes.I then went into shoes and April stepped right up to help. If my selection was out of my size, she brought me different options to try on and made recommendations. She was terrific!When shopping... look for Kelly and April at the Bee Cave Dillards. I was grateful for their help. Made my last minute shopping for business trip bearable. Thanks ladies ?
