“Bubble” formed on tire & brought vehicle in for inspection & repair. All the technicians from the front counter checking the vehicle in and technicians who repaired the tire were courteous, professional. Luckily the tire was in stock and each worked as quickly as possible to repair the tire. Will continue visiting Discount Tire whenever service is required. Thank you!

Outstanding service from the Bee Cave store! Ordering online and making appointments was easy and very convenient! My service representative, Blake provided excellent customer service and had me in and out within 15 minutes with four new tires.

Buyers BEEARE!! We bought 4 new tires & scheduled an appointment to have the work completed. All seemed okay at first. The work was completed in an hour. I walked around the vehicle & everything seemed okay. I could tell the tires were all new. Upon arriving at home, my husband discovered they put 2 lesser quality tires on my vehicle… one of each side catercorner from each other. The placement seems to be intentional. Needless to say my husband was furious. What kind of business are they running!! Obviously, they have no quality checks in place. After calling the store & a return phone call they located the 2 tires that I had paid for on the shelf. WTH!! I live in Spicewood. My 2nd trip back to the store “Joel” was apologetic & within 20 minutes they fixed their error. The manager Jesse also apologized but no monetary compensation for all my time wasted. Be AWARE & thoroughly inspect your vehicle before driving off. I witnessed many drivers trust them as I did & just drive away.

Overall, I have had several positive interactions with this company and believe they deliver good value and service. Recently, I bought four new Michelin tires and spent a good chunk of money. Almost everything about the experience was good, but...driving home from the tire store I got a low tire pressure warning. At home I let the tires cool down and checked the pressures myself. Inexplicably, the tire pressures rear were 32 and 35 (should be 35) and the front tires were 35 and 39 (should be 32). And I assume my car's tire pressure monitor was not reset properly either. It is hard to understand how a company that specializes in auto tires failed to get these simple things correct. With high performance tires and an all wheel drive vehicle, tire pressures are pretty important. So, bottom line for me is that I might buy from them again buy I will spend some time checking their work.

They got rid of a lot of vibration I was experiencing with their force balancing. Don't ever go to Pepboys, they don't balance well, and they force you to get an alignment but dont know how to use the machine for it.
Discount Tire will be my first consideration next time I need to purchase tires.

Applied for financing with my 786 credit score and 10% utilization. Website states no impact to credit score. So why not, I thought. I'm spending over $1100. I'll finance and pay over time with no interest. I was denied. It was also a hard inquiry and my credit score dropped! The only hard inquiry on my report. Flat out lie on their website. Very disappointed.

When you look at this location closely you can see it’s extremely well run. There’s a good work culture, and these guys seem to be working their butts off without a lot of credit. Customer service is great and they go over and beyond what you would expect. At the same time, the cost is right. They do what they say they will do and do it well. Overall, this location is top notch, they stand behind their work, and if the product does not perform they don’t hesitate to make things right.

I’ve been here a few time before. I went in earlier today for a punctured tire and a technician (Jagger) met with me outside as he was done helping another customer before I even had a chance to walk in. He got everything squared away and gave me a fair price and got me out of the shop an hour before the estimated time. Car repair generally sucks but this place has always been fair and on the level with me. I would recommend.

This discount tire was amazing! Victor specifically did a wonderful job helping me out and ensured I had the right tire in prompt timing. I highly recommend this place if you want something fast, well done and with amazing customer service.
