Eddie Bauer seems to focus on mid range and high end casual and outerwear. Their prices aren't bad. Less than a hundred after sales. Three to four for the really rugged outerwear, which is what my son's like.

I just went to exchange a backpack that had a “Lifetime Warranty”. This store and their corporate office said they would not stand behind that warranty anymore. Eddie Bauer would not honor their word or their warranty. If they lied to me about their products — I’m sure they will lie to you too

This Eddie Bauer location never disappoints. Good inventory and great service. It helps that Eddie Bauer products are perfect for my lifestyle. Outdoors and travel. I think in Europe some people thought my name was Eddie Bauer.

Great place to shop. Had 40% off and clearance items that were very good. Welcoming staff and they are open eventhough many stores in the Hill County Galleria remain closed. Clean and extremely nice clothes.

This store is a large, well-organized space, with one side the store dedicated to clothes for men, the other side clothes for women, and a sales rack in the back. Fitting rooms are gender-neutral. They had quite a bit of fall and winter clothing in stock when I visited in early November 2020. For convenience, you can order online and they'll email you when your order is ready for pickup. I did this with mixed results, as the first time I did it during a big sale, and they weren't able to pull my order until the next day. So if you really want something, you might want to head over in person, in case it's sold before they pull it from their inventory. Parking is available in the nearby garage, as it's usually difficult to find on the street outside the store. Pandemic protocol includes masks required (for employees and customers), social distancing, and hand sanitizer at the counter. I appreciate that this is an outdoor mall, with store entry straight from the fresh air outside.

Update your times on Google! Drove an hour to get to the store at 6:30 pm on Sunday because the schedule shows you close at 8pm. Thank you for stealing a chunk of my weekend.
