I had a gel manicure done at this salon on Friday, April 25th. Today, 10 days after, only 3 nails have survived. Four peeled off completely, two are partially gone, and one is chipped. Please also take a look at the photos — I wish I could say my nails grow this fast, but sadly, the polish was simply applied far from the cuticle from the start.
The nail technician was very pleasant, but unfortunately, that's not enough — I came for a quality manicure, not just a nice conversation. Very disappointed with the results.

We called around noon today to reschedule our two 3:00 appointments due to illness. They told us that if we cancel less than 4 hours before they would charge us ?% for each. We didn’t want to get staff or customers sick. Ultimately, we negotiated no charges but their policy is one we cannot support and we will be using other providers.

I've been a repeat customer, and have always had the best manicure and pedicures here. Their work lasts weeks for me, and I'm admittedly pretty rough with my nails. Good color selection, too. Their attention to detail is far and above other nail salons I've been to. Most places feel like they're trying to get you in and out and skip cleaning up the edges, especially near the cuticle. Definitely not the case here. I've brought friends and family here multiple times, and they all have said it's the best manicure they'd ever had. My mom wants to go to Embellish every time she's in town to visit!

Wow!
Got charged for services not even rendered. My appointment was made for the wrong day and they did not care! For someone who had been a regular customer I would think they would have some sympathy but no! Charged me a full price. Extremely disappointed!!
We will never go back and will tell everyone else how heartless they are!
