I have always had a wonderful experience at the Galleria EyeCare, but I must share my interaction from yesterday. I have been having some strange things happening in my right eye and after 4 days, I became concerned. It is Thanksgiving week and I thought I should get it looked at, but kept talking myself out of it. It got worse and on Tuesday, and I just showed up to their office and explained my symptoms. Nicole told me that they were booked, but she and Dr. Murray both said they would work me in due to the nature of my symptoms. They were both so kind and thorough. It ended up being something that could resolve on its' own, but it could have been serious and they took me very seriously. I can't thank them enough for working with me and giving me the diagnosis and the peace of mind I needed. I will never go anywhere else for my eye exams!

I have always had the best experience at Galleria Eyecare and have been going for years! It only gets better each time! The staff is absolutely amazing, they are so patient and kind. I would 10/10 recommend :)

I’ve had a host of issues with this business. They would not provide me a copy of my contacts prescription, allowing me to only purchase through their office. Then, upon ordering new contacts, they took 6 weeks to arrive. When they arrived, I received a duplicate set for only my right eye.Each time I’ve tried to call to navigate the ordering and checking upon the contacts order, it has taken 5 calls minimum over multiple days to get in contact with someone at the office. They calls will often go to voicemail during business hours, and left voicemails were never returned.Finally, after getting the order straightened out and having contacts reordered for my left eye, they arrived at a previous address, even though I had distinctly updated my address, and in addition to directly discussing it, my new insurance used to order the contacts reflected the new address.I understand mistakes occur, but the most frustrating component of this whole debacle to get some contacts has been the absolute HURDLE just to get into contact with someone at their office to discuss the issues and address the order mistake.

Been waiting 10 days for a trial pair of contact lenses to come in; as they wouldn't let me order the brand I've been wearing for years and have no issues with. They also won't give me my prescription to order my own contact lenses. Don't recommend.

Both the front desk staff and the doctor were great! Super polite both of them. Everything was super quick and they were both great at answering any questions I had. Would definitely recommend coming here. Make sure to call first to get an appointment in advance.

I've called and left multiple messages now for three weeks and I cannot get a returned phone call to save my life. I've explained the situation that I need my daughter's prescription so that we can order her glasses.

Never have I ever been so insulted in a place for senior citizens like myself who have severe disabilities to make it even worse I was suffering from a problem with my eye and I had to see a doctor but no she required that you have to jump through all these loops and hoops just to see a doctor finally she asked me to put on a mask and I said I have a medical exemption from a doctor because of an infection I had in my lungs so my doctor primarily said you cannot wear any more masks from here on out if they make you wear mask then you turn around and you leave and go someplace else that do not require masks. So I asked decided to leave the front desk lady made it clear you are forced to wear a mask which many locations doesnt require. So after she upset me and causing me stress making my medical condition worse, it was so hard to breathe after the woman in the front making angry with me for not complying. Even if you been vaccinated they still are not a good fit for you because they force you to comply. I refused the interrogation process. I complained to the administrator and he was worse they DO not care if you are sickly heart patient who struggles to breathe they say you have to put on a diaper on your face. He was rude and trying to belittle me. I called my insurance and they were appalled by there actions so they will consider speaking and discipline them. They could of accommodate me but refused. Do not go to these careless abusers of seniors . Run and go else where anywhere but Galleria eyecare!

Dr. Ozbek is amazing! I live in Houston, but my parents live in Bee cave. When I come visit them, I’ve been able to get a weekend appointment and the staff is so friendly, and super quick and efficient. They always ship my prescription to my Houston address.Thankful for your whole team! You make eye care easy and convenient. I will continue to use Galleria Eyecare for all my eye needs. Keep doing great things!

I told them that I have a silicone allergy and can ONLY wear Acuvue 2s. They ordered the wrong contacts that had silicone in them and shipped them to me. They did fix it after multiple attempts at reaching by phone and having to come back in person to return contacts. I have been trying to reorder contacts for over a week now. They do not answer the phone and do not return voicemails.

I stop at lens crafters next to them and was told they are in network for VSP my insurance and scheduled appointment for exam for next day. When I went I was late due to traffic and got there 15 minute late and the person at desk said let try to get you in and said they take VSP after the exam he told me they are not in network so my copay is going to be higher. His excuse was I was trying to get you in and that’s why he didn’t check before, I never told him I had to get in immediately I could have come back or go where they are in network. The Dr’s office and lens crafters they are working together and not providing proper information to patients.

Dr. Ozbek was AMAZING with my 6 year old son. He was patient, kind and thorough. Everyone was so great and he felt comfortable right away. I would recommend Galleria Eyecare and Dr. Ozbek to anyone who needs contacts or glasses!
