Here from inner city austin before 6, but when I walked in the guy working threw his hands up and told me they’re closed. He said “so sorry” but kicking me out before you close says otherwise….

Staff not friendly, and the hours should be updated.
We arrived at 5:30pm and were immediately being rushed by the worker - “closing in 10 minutes,” “closing in 5 minutes,” “okay, closing now”… at 5:45pm. I asked about the hours and he said they’re open until 6pm for donations but his register stops working at 5:45pm. So, I put the stuff I wanted down and left. Like, just admit you don’t want to work and want to leave early instead of stressing me out and feeding me some BS.
That aside, their pricing is higher than other Goodwill locations. Very, very, small. Won’t be back to this one.

Lovely place, doesn't smell i pleasant like a lot of the goodwills. It is a bit small though, no clothes here just knick knacks, books, kitchenware, and a few childrens toys.

Not a bad place, but it is small with mostly books, etc. Be aware: if you are donating this is not the place to do it even though they say they are a donation center. We came with a couple medium sized collapsible dog cages (collapsed), a folded up under the bed metal frame (folded), a desk lamp, a bag of clothes, and a couple other small items. The guy working said he doesn’t take some of the stuff, and he wasn’t taking any of it as he doesn’t do partial donations. This was a 2 star experience at best, since it says donation center and we had unloaded everything. I gave them 4 stars since we donate often, we support Goodwill, and this was our first bad/weird experience with Gowill.

This is a very very tiny goodwill, like the size of a bedroom style. There are no clothes here at all so be mindful if coming here for thatI did find a really cool wind up tigger Christmas snow globe, so it’s a win for me

I've found so much lululemon at goodwill it's crazy. I go on Sunday when they have 50% off items. I'm not sure what other sales run during the week, but this is a very regular weekend spot for me. Thankfully they've reopened dressing rooms. I also appreciate the friendly staff, especially when they remind me every purchase helps the community. Thrifting rocks !!!
