I have been to this location several times. My haircuts have been consistently good, regardless of the employee cutting my hair. I also like using the app to get on the waitlist, and they have managed this process very well.

One closest is dripping springs but this location is SO mucb better. They're friendly and quick with service. I felt heard and got exactly want I wanted from my stylist.

I decided to get my haircut in the Bee Cave, located on Saturday 9/14. My hair was getting long in the sides and wanted to get it trimmed/styled. I informed the hairstylist, Jina that I currently lost my job and I have an interview scheduled soon.
I told L that the image A is what I want and ASKED HER IF THIS WAS THE CORRECT HAIRCUT for the shape of my face? she stated yes BUT that she can’t get to the actual skull length but she could definitely do that hairstyle. I stated that was ok.
During the process, I was still processing the loss of my job (depression stage) of losing my job, so I wasn’t “mentally there” when the haircut was being cut.
Jina was talking to fellow co-workers, and “likely” forgotten the certain hairstylist that I previously showed her that I wanted in the FIRST PLACE.
After the haircut, I came back and observe that I looked like a semi-Neo Nazi haircut AFTER I informed Jina that I had an interview scheduled soon (Image B).
Now, I’m actually nervous go continue with my interview cause I works my ass off trying to get this opportunity and might loose it cause of this one stupid haircut that I never wanted in the FIRST PLACE.
I think that I should get a full refund ($21.00) because of the emotional attachment with this incorrect haircut ontop of my current situation at this time in my life.
If I wanted to get this haircut done, I could it by myself or take my business elsewhere else.
