Customer service desk needs better service. They don't know how to handle situations. For example, I was next in line all I wanted was to buy a scratch off ticket. This was at 5:45p Saturday. The customer service rep was helping some woman return her items. The customer service rep was struggling because she didn't know what she was doing. Tik Tok time goes by now it's 6:00p and finally another customer service rep comes out from behind the glass office and asked if everything was ok? And she turns of the customer service desk light. The other customer service rep that was helping the girl says, it's ok I got it. Now the other rep walks back into the office. The rep that was helping the girl and still helping says we're closed. I couldn't believe it. I said can't you just finish up with me and close out. I had been waiting 15 minutes. She said no we're closed. Excuse me? We're closed sir. What kind of service is this. Seriously going to consider another HEB. I constantly have issues with the BeeCaves HEB. My preference is the one in Lakeway. So HEB better train your customer service reps because they are lazy and do not want to help or go the extra minute to help someone. I'm done here

Love HEB in general but this review is for their floral department. I ordered a nosegay for homecoming and they did a beautiful job for a great price.

I want to commend your meat market manager, Pasha. He went out of his way to get us a Turducken for our Thanksgiving celebration. We so appreciate Pasha’s excellent service to our request. Thank you!

I’ve shopped at HEB my whole life, until last month. The service and customer support is terrible these days. Any complaints I’ve sent to corporate have resulted in one line responses -call the store. Passing the buck is the norm now at HEB, so I choose to pass my bucks elsewhere.

This review is for Jenny who works in the cooking and tasting station. One of the things that makes me want to come to THIS location is to see Jenny and try her creations. She is always very warm, remembers us by name and even remembers what we bought Last visit to taste the special sauces and jams she features in her cooking. Good job Jenny.

HEB isn't what it once was. I've been a loyal customer my entire life. However, our relationship changed last week. I am now shopping elsewhere. Why? - I get digital advertisements presented to me that don't qualify at my store. - The products available vary between this store and the store 3 miles away -The lines are now consistently long and people are directed to self checkout. - The cashiers consistently forget to scan my coupons. Probably because they are trying to keep up with the lines. - The aisles are now congested with carts for servicing online orders. -I frequently bag my own groceries while baggers are engaged in side conversations or standing around -Contacting corporate is pointless. I always get the same to the point response -contact the store manager. -The problems are systemic yet corporate chooses to pass the buck

Having just moved to Texas over a month ago, I was apprehensive about falling in love with a local chain. But the level of product availability, variety, customer service, cleanliness, and overall value has me hooked.This store is a little bit further from me than the one I go to on 620, but the level of service was on point! While it’s no Mariano’s (Chicago based chain) it’s grown on me and is a heck of a lot cheaper!

I shop at this store every few weeks. It's a big store and it's pretty nice, with a good selection. The main thing it is lacking is the fresh tortillas. They used to have them, but got rid of them a couple of years ago with no explanation. I'd shop this location more often if they brought those back. Otherwise, they usually have most of what I'm looking for. Oh, and unlike another HEB near me, they provide bags! Thank you so much for continuing to serve customers the right way and provide bags.

The management here really does care about their customers and their community.However, I would love to see them care more about the environment and put eco options first with more eco coupons! Also get rid of plastic bags! or at minimum reduce plastic bag usage! Lastly, please bring digital receipts and touch less payment options!

Very lovely HEB. We stayed in Marble falls and we definitely went to this HEB to get all of our groceries. Everything was clean and shelves were all stocked.

Jenny the Pharmacist has been working with me for 2 days to find a CGM transmitter when my Dr missed ordering it along with my applicators. Not only did she search for me a coupon for the already purchased and paid for applicators, she reimbursed the difference to me, because it’s so expensive. Since I contacted HEB after 5p she rang my Dr first thing the next morning for approval of the transmitter and then called multiple pharmacies, not just HEBs to find the transmitter that day. She also found me a coupon for the transmitter too! I just keep being surprised by this HEB pharmacy and how far they will go to help their customers knowing that these things are so important to so many!! Oh! And months before this she stopped a Dr from prescribing me a drug that would stop my breathing while I slept! She saved me, lol! I can’t say enough about the staff here, obviously run by some good leaders- their Pharmacists!
