Great store with amazing deals during their semi-annual sale! A lot of items have markdowns and many are priced under $20 — such a steal. The store is well-organized. Definitely worth checking out if you’re looking for quality items at a great price.

Always good to see old school band clothes, even if they're hoodies. The mens section is completely different from the women's. Almost entirely everyday casual. Slightly towards the formal attire side. Not much jeans and tees. More linen and poly pants. Definitely geared towards the younger crowd.

They did something a while ago and now none of their basic t shirts fit the same way. I've been wearing h and m t shirts for a decade and now they suck. What am I going to do? I refuse to go back to Hanes or fruit of the loom. I went to this store and spent an hour trying on t shirts. It was stupid. Who spends that kind of time doing that. I have a wife and kids to support. I don't have time for that sort of nonsense.

If you're in a hurry, please don't walk around the store quickly with items in your hands. The staff might mistake you for a thief and treat you quite rudely. When my wife and daughter were looking for me in the store because we were in a hurry, the staff were very unpleasant to us.
Please don't remove the price tags from the items you've taken. In fact, it's better not to remove them from the product at all, as they might get lost. You won't be able to return items without price tags.
Although the store staff are generally polite, the company's customer approach is really terrible. My spouse likes the store's products, but I expect both the products and the service to be good. This experience guaranteed that I will never shop at this store again. They are very far from being customer-focused.

Clean and bright H&M location. This location has an upscale feel to it and nicer than other locations. I was impressed with the amount of XS and XXS sizes in the store. Normally stores run out of these sizes first and they can only be purchased online. A good experience.

Nice selection, but the store always feels really warm inside especially the fitting rooms. The cashier would not honor my birthday discount stating it could only be used on my actual birthday which was on a Wednesday. I was at the store that Saturday, only a few days after my actual birthday. After leaving, I looked up the policy and it states the birthday discount can be used up to 2 weeks after your birthday.

This store is very misleading. We were going to buy a shirt that the sign indicated a price of 14.99. When we got to the cash register we were told the price was 34. When asked, the cashier said there was a * indicating that prices start at 14.99. I explained that was not correct. We then went to the rack and she agreed that the price was incorrect although there were several of the same shirts on the rack. I spoke with the manager and her explination was that the sign was wrong, and nothing could be done. She was going to leave the shirts on the rack and I asked how they could do bait and switch and suggested removing the shirts, which she did. Really a bad experience and I would not recommend shopping here. Amazon or somewhere else.

Great clothing for teenagers and older. They also have small sizes.

We like shopping at H&M but the staff at this store are rude and unfriendly, the cashiers acted as though it was pain to return items. Complained how long the process takes while it took less than 2mts to return 2 pieces.
