I came in needing help with a specific product and asked for a short explanation or a quick video on how to use it. The associates were dismissive and clearly didn’t want to assist. They acted like I was bothering them, didn’t listen to my questions, and just walked away without offering any real help. This is not the level of service I expected from Home Depot. Very frustrating experience — I’ll think twice before coming back.

It's good to have a home Depot nearby, but I always feel a little less than comfortable when I walk out.

This location had a special buggy for the kids to celebrate pride month. I was surprised by how inclusive this location is. 🌈

In the tools section to buy a $36 ratchet set they have locked up with an ask for associate tag on it. No associates around. Walked to the front where 2 associates are standing around and ask for help. They said they're sending someone. Stood around for a while and noone showed up. Got bored waiting and started looking for other stores and found a lowes 1.8 miles away. Still no help now, so I'll just go there. Idk why you'd lock up tools that cheap if you have Noone to unlock/sell them. It's a cheap plastic tag lock that'd I'd assume every employee should have there since lots of their random tools throughout the store have the same taglock on them. Scared of losing money from the occasionall theft? Why not just lose your money from lack of service/preparedness instead and also waste money on the lock? Brilliant!!

The people at Bee Cave are very nice very helpful and they all care about each other other. It’s a great place to work. Also, I spent 22 years on Wall Street move to Texas and needed to find something to do and it’s been nothing but a pleasure working with the Home Depot people. I actually covered these guys when I was Wall Street and everything they say about them is true class organization..

During my most recent visit, I interacted with 'Eric' in paint. I was disappointed with the level of service i received. Eric seemed disinterested and unapproachable from the moment I entered the paint area. I was the only person walking around in the paint area, as it was earlier in the morning. Despite attempting to seek assistance and ask questions about stains, he appeared to ignore me, going out of his way to not make eye contact. When I finally gained his attention, I asked for suggestions on what stain to use on untreated pine. I walked up with two different cans of stain, inquiring about the difference. Eric informed me that he had no recommendations and suggested that I go to Sherwin Williams or Lowes. He said that he could not give me information on the stain and that is why Home Depot was 'cheaper'. Cheaper because their staff is not trained to be able to give simple suggestions. This response felt dismissive and unprofessional. Maybe Eric doesn't belong in paint. I went to Lowes and they were very accommodating.

This review is specifically about the garden center, where they really need to have more helpful people working. I won't go there anymore, because I can never seem to get help there. Some of the young, male employees /cashiers standing around at the entrance are looking down at their phone when I walk in, and rarely look up to acknowledge people or offer any sort of help. I have had better service inside the store before, but definitely not at the garden center.

Horrible staff & Service. Employee name Louis or Lewis in paint section was rude. I went straight to Lowe’s and was very satisfied with their service.

Liz at self check out is very
astute. She figured out that I needed small packing boxes, which I expressed there are not any on the shelf! She researched it on her device, not only located the small packing boxes and found employees who got them down using a very tall forklift!! Thank you forklift guy and bearded wonder guy who protected the isles so well! Looks like Home Depot is a well oiled machine of teamwork! Thank you so much!! Especially Liz for spearheading the whole event!! I will be back!
Nat and Levi were very helpful also! Each answered extra questions I had at check out! Levi also chased me down because I left something at check out!

I just left there and went to Lowe’s that is down the street because there were five employees sitting and joking instead of working. When I told the manager he didn’t really care.
