Very difficult to get someone to help me find the right size for a gift I was looking for. Ended up leaving and going to Athleta, where the staff was incredibly helpful. Night and day difference.

Horrible, horrible experience. To begin with, an employee followed me around like a dog the whole time as if I was going to rob the store, and then when I go to checkout, the prices were more expensive than the prices listed on the tags. They told me it was a sticker error and said they couldn’t do anything about it. I’m not one to write reviews, but this place was god awful. I’ve been shopping at Lululemon for years, but today was truly dissatisfying. Go to the one at Barton Creek instead.

We were ready to check out and without a notice, she told us she closed the register although another kind employee was helping us. The kind employee asked her to check us out because she did not let us know that we need to check out. The other person was rude snd refused to check us out. She did not even explain it to us and was very dismissive. Very unprofessional.

I enjoyed the store and environment. Especially the associate name Bethany was passionate about her work and she helped me with all the answers and my questions that I had. My gf is slim and I wanted her to give a surprise and Bethany helped me to check out wide variety of clothing patiently. She didn’t hurry the process thought the store was busy. Over all I will come back for sure!

Upon entering the store, as I was approaching the counter with my items, the Lululemon employee immediately stated that no returns would be allowed for items that totaled more than five hundred dollars. By this immediate statement, the employee’s assumption was that I was entering the store with a nefarious motive. I asked for further clarification as to if this policy was the limit per customer, per day, or one $500 transaction per store policy, I was informed this was a new store policy and did not receive a response to my question regarding the $500 return limit. I was confused and felt discriminated against by the aggression and tone from the employee.

Super friendly staff. Of course prices are high but that's a given with Lululemon, but the quality is lasting and extremely comfortable. Great pop-up shop !!

My teenager received a Lululemon gift card for Christmas from a relative. When she removed the security tape to reveal the card number and PIN to make an online purchase, the numbers adhered to the tape and could not be viewed. I called Customer Service to report the issue and was told they were able to find the card number and the balance was $0. I asked them how they found the card number as I couldn't see it, and they told me I had sent an email and they were able to determine the number based on the email I had sent. I informed them I had never sent an email. Very frustrated due to their lousy Customer Service. I will never shop at Lululemon again.
