I asked for flowers with blooming gel and showed them the 3rd photo and got hibiscus flowers, they didn’t even use a nude color, they used clear and you can see the white part of my nails. I booked an appointment for 2 and sat down at around 2:40

I went in and got the premium pedicure Because it had the longer massage And my feet were aching. When I
Wasn't even greeted with so much as a smile, I began to wonder about the place which is very pretty and very clean. Just add a curiosi decided to start my stopwatch when she started the massage because I noticed she didn't start any kind of timer. The massage was supposed to be for ten minutes and it was just a little over four. She spent two minutes on each foot.

I came a couple of weeks ago with my mom and grandparents. We were celebrating my grandmother’s 86th birthday and they were so kind and gentle with her and my grandfather. Visiting your salon was one of the highlights of their trip. Kathy and Kelly did an amazing job on my nails. Thank y’all so much!

Took my mom for her birthday today. Only clients there. Rushed us from start to finish. Overcharged us. Very unhappy my mom experienced this on her birthday! Never going back.

I highly recommend Samantha. She does a great job on my nails which they look natural and last longer than other nail salons I been to. I go to her for the dip power nails.

I am so disappointed with this place. I went there a couple of months ago and they did a great job on my pedicure and gel manicure. Today was just awful, the owner did my pedicure and it looks like a child did it at home and my manicure lady was so incompetent that she couldn’t grab the concept of square with rounded edges. She nipped me a few times and when it came time for the nail polish, it was all over my cuticles and skin. Even my cuticles were not pushed back. None of nail shape is same or even. 2 of the guys came around to tell her she needs to clean it up. Which she did to start over and she just went for my nails with her drill. The owner came by to take over and started to fix my nails and he was so rushed and so rough, he nipped me a few times and I had to just stand up and told them I am done. My nails on both hands are hurting now.
He kept apologising but charged me the full amount for the manicure. I am beyond frustrated and want to call the bbb to complain about the inadequacy of the technicians there. How do they get the 4-1/2 stars is beyond me. And it’s not a cheap place to go to. I would like to add pictures of my nails but I don’t know how? Oh, and did I mention that when the owner started to nip my cuticles he also busy with all the business calls he was responding to?

If I could add a 0 I would. I have NEVER been so manhandled for a pedicure. It was my first and last time I will set foot in that salon. When cleaning my cuticles on my big toe, the nail tech was holding extra cuticle skin and twisting while ripping it out. I told him multiple times it hurt. He then told me it needed to be done, my other nail techs did me wrong. I kept saying how much it hurt and that I have never had any nail tech do this, then he didn't continue that action with my other toes. He also barely filed my nails and left sharp toe nail edges. Creating ingrown nails. He also barely worked on the other cuticles. I didn't notice until the next day. The polish was hap-hazard and then with no word, got up and left before the top coat. Someone else added that. No one told us we were done, they didn't direct us to the dry stations. Nothing. I should have got up and walked upon the first painful pull of ripping the sidewall cuticle out. My regular pedicurist is fixing my toes now. She is appalled. This was THE WORST PEDICURE IN THREE STATES and I'm a 25 year professional makeup and hair artist for commercial and television. I go to the best in Austin. This is ridiculous!

first time today and did a walk in for a toenail polish change...just sad....for $20 not only did I expect more, no cuticle push back and no buff on the top of the nail to smooth it out. He also did not clean up the over polish that is on my toes and the filing job was also lack luster as one corner of my nail was not filed down properly and is about to come off so the polish will likely peel from that in a day or so. I would have expected this type of service from a $10 polish change...wont be back

I have had many pedicures in my life but Kathy was the best I have ever had. Most of the times I get pedicures the massage is just so/so. Not here. I have never had such a good massage and my nails looked beautiful. I really felt pampered instead of rushed. Very top-notch facility! Ask for Kathy, you will not be disapointed!!

I came hereon a whim for a break between appointments and I’m so glad i did! The salon itself isn’t fancy or anything but the massage chair felt nice and the two man who did my pedicure were so so great! Tim made lots of conversation, was very attentive to applying the polish and although I’m not sure the other man’s name, he gave me a great massage and had good hands! It didn’t feel rushed at all. Thank you for not treating my pedicure like another number. I’ll be back ?
