Cuticles are raw. They tried to blame that i have sensitive cuticles, which i do, however no other nail salon has left me with 8 of 10 fingers bleeding. The dip doesn’t even go up to the cuticle in some places and there are bubbles all over the place and i didn’t have the time to stay for them to fix them nor did i want to torture my poor fingers anymore.
The two women doing my nails and toes talked the entire time and let’s just say they don’t multitask well.
I hate complaining but people should know their prices are way too high for that kind of service.
Still the best day ever, always.

This salon has been hit and miss for me. Today I had an amazing pedicure with Nancy though. Super sweet, great leg/foot massage, and nice paint job. I would definitely schedule her next time.

By far the best pedicure I have had in a long time at a super reasonable price. Lynn was fantastic and took her took. I felt like I really got my money’s worth and have a new go-to place. Highly recommend Lynn.

Hung up on me , extremely rude. I told them my manicure was ruined immediately because the nail tech told me it was dry. I asked again if she was sure they were dry and she said yes. I went to pay and my whole manicure got ruined. They told me to wait and I had to go as had childcare. When I called to say what happened they hung up on me! Do NOT go here. I only wanted a normal mani with nail strengthener. As basic as you can get. Extremely rude.

I wanted to commend Luxury Nails and Spa for their service today. I was unhappy when I came in because I had a nail technician that didn’t cure my nails properly and did them poorly yesterday. The results of this involved getting black nail polish on my new shirt. Immediately the main manager (I think her name may be Mimi but I’m not sure) invited me to come in today and she herself fixed my nails for free once she noticed the error. They also right their wrong about the shirt as well and made sure I was taken care of. This is what customer service is for and I am grateful.
