Has a previous restaurant owner, I have to give this place the HIGHEST PRAISE.. The food was outstanding. The atmosphere was outstanding but most of all the staff was amazing and the service was amazing. The manager Sergio Tumax Toscano came by to greet the table and check if everything was OK. He asked if we been here before and we told him this was our first time and that we were from Alabama. He said hold on and let me clear some of your table and I will be back to chat. He came back with two cook books and told us to enjoy them and told us the history of the restaurant and that everything is about tradition and all ingredients are fresh and made daily. What a great Manager. IF YOU READ THIS REVIEW THIS IS A MUST PLACE TO VIST IF YOUR IN AUSTIN TEXAS. WE ARE GOING BACK TODAY FOR LUNCH AND TRY The pizza ?. We had lazanga and chickhen Piccata.

Some of the most flavorful Italian food I have ever had! When you walk through the door, it Transforms you into a feeling of walking into an Italian café in Italy! You see the beautiful wines and gelatos as you walk in. This place is cute. It does have a play area for the little ones. We had the shrimp scampi, delicious! We have the kids pizza, pepperoni, delicious! We had the meatballs, delicious! we had the Caesar salad, delicious! And if it’s your first time visiting you get a free gelato! The drinks are absolutely amazing there. This is definitely a must try destination if you are in the Austin area or just visiting! It’s located in the cave, less than 20 minutes outside of Austin.

Great Italian spot! The fettuccine Alfredo was super creamy and the noodles were perfect. Fresh bread and olive oil was served along with the meal. Very spacious with plenty of seating inside and outside. Nice service and ended the meal with a small gelato which I also highly recommend!

Food here is always good. Disappointed in the service last night. Took like $70 of food to go and they forgot a side of chicken for the salad. When we called they said they gave it to us and there was nothing they could do. This just isn’t how you treat a customer in the hospitality business. I’ve eaten there twice in the last week. Haven’t had a bad experience before last night. Such a shame to treat a guest this way over a $6 side—less than 10% of the bill. I was willing to drive the 20min back to get it, but “there was nothing they could do” …

I am 100% Italian. I cook Italian food at home. Mandola’s Italian Kitchen is great. I first judge a restaurant by how it smells when I walk in. All the Mandola’s restaurants smell like my grandmother’s kitchen. YES first step of approval then I began tasting offerings from the menu. Fabulous. I first discovered the Mandola’s at The Triangle. I went to the Trattoria Lisina in Driftwood, their 5 star restaurant. It was so good I booked it for my daughter’s wedding. My husband and I frequent the Mandola’s in Cedar Park. Abudanza Mandola’s Italian Kitchen. BTW they sell olive oil too. Love it
