I've been a Bank of America customer for going on over 11 years and today I was just told by the financial center manager "Christina Clynes" that the cashier check I received over nighted to me by PNC corporate with a letter from them apologizing for the mess up on their part was a fake and she could not accept it and I would have to call PNC a and have them reissue me another one in order for her to accept it. I can honestly say out of all the years I've been with BOA this is the first time I have ever been so disrespected and treated in such a manner almost like I was a criminal and committing fraud. She did not even want to help me out or try to help me out. She could have made a call to the corporate office which the number was on the paper and confirmed this but instead chose to treat me like I was nothing and a nobody. Thanks to Mrs.Clynes actions and disrespect towards me I will be closing yet another BOA account!I'm sorry but when you allow your management to treat people this way that are long standing customers that is NO good

This location is awful! Not enough staff and they few that are there just stand around talking or go hide in their offices.

Awful. Only 1 teller for inside lobby and cars. Impossible to get the bills I want. The atm only gives 20s and I'm not waiting an hour. Ridiculous. Moving all my money to wells

The staff is fantastic and always friendly. When my dad came down with cancer, they sent him a gift basket to his home! We own a business and have been going to this bank for over ten years. The staff has treated us like family and went out of their way to help us with all our investments and banking needs! Some of these reviews are not what I've experienced at all. BOA OF Bee Cave Thank you for being you!

Absolutely appalling management. My associate (Bridget) was helpful and polite, but even she was having trouble getting answers from the various departments she was trying to contact. But after dealing with the manager, you could not PAY me to walk into this branch again. I've had bank headaches before, but after 41 years with BofA, this one person was enough for me to say "enough."Recommendation: Any. Other. Branch.

I see why all the bad reviews. We went in an hour before closing and they said they were done for the day, we couldn't open an account for my kid. Extremely poor service.
