Most of the bigger black friday sales were on plain clothing. But I found a few things my kids would love. Videotape theme uppers. One is a Nintendo controller that looks like the sky islands in Tears Of The Kingdom Zelda game. Should make a good Xmas gift.

The store is very large compared to other old navy stores. The cashiers are very friendly and helped me find just what I needed. My wife and I went shopping for clothes for our children. The dressing rooms are large and spacious. The bathrooms are clean and everyone was very friendly. The only problem was that the store was having problems with its air conditioning. Although they had fans but that didn't help much you could feel the heat inside the store

This is far nicer than other locations. It's not packed and it is way cleaner. I also loved the vibe and my boys enjoyed actually "shopping" for clothes. They're just picky about clothes.

No baskets for customers to use. Hard to look at their merchandise and hold any item you want to purchase.

If I could choose 0 ? I would! The staff here are really apathetic and rude. I went yesterday and buy almost $400 in clothes for my family. I shoose 3 jeans for me since they were in a good price. When i went to the fitting room to try them, I asked the lady for a fitting room and to watch the four pieces that i have on my hands but she didn't even look at me. She didn't gave me her face just said "yeah" with indifference. I was wearing a pj shorts that i have bought in another navy store one week before. When I finished trying the jeans, I let over there one of the four pieces and took with me the other 3 along with a bunch of clothes for my family and direct my self to the register. The lady followed me to the register and told the cashier to something about my shorts she didn't understand her so the lady came behind me and pointed my shorts, so the cashier asked me not very nicely if i was going to pay for the shorts that i have on too. It is stupid to think that i was going to steal a short when I was paying around $400 bucks. And not only that last week i aply for the credit car and spent another $600 in one day. They should be careful on how they treat customers because they don't do their job correctly. If the lady have at least looked at me and did her job right she would have notice that i have the shorts on when I enter to the fitting room. Also, they could ask in a nice manner not pointing me and asking me infront of the other people. I will definitely close the credit card and no going back to that store again.
