It’s a nice new storage but they are really small units and they need better sights showing how to get to the storage that’s a busy road and can’t see where to get in to go to storage

The good:- Initial entry cost is great- Air conditioned- Clean- No dead bugsThe bad:- No sign at turn in. Miss it every time and not convenient to turn around.- One dolly and it's usually in use. No access to find another dolly.- Code to elevator opens the doors but doesn't allow you to choose floor. A lot of exits to re enter code hoping it works.- Rate does not lock in and you will very soon be paying more than market rate, which makes not having a sign at the road even more annoying ?

This was our first experience with storage units. Many moves and tried hard to avoid going that route but it finally happened. First of all, the location at 620 near Bee Cave was super handy and somewhat hidden from the main road which felt more secure. The process went smoothly as we were shown the space and security measures. The facility was clean and well lit. Good experience but when it changed to a GREAT experience is when Judy Jones helped us out on day 2 of our somewhat complicated move. She was nice, helpful, professional and really simplified the process as we were scrambling to add another unit and more codes with a moving company on a time clock. Judy made a stressful situation easy and left us smiling. Thank you Judy Jones!

I often hear nightmare stories concerning the use of a public storage facility. Bee Cave's Public Storage has been terrific. My multiple questions were answered with professionalism & mindfulness. I received terrific advice on what unit to store my newly penned children's books. Judy J not only spent time explaining the workings of the property, but took ample time to show me a variety of units. There was no pressure, no rush. Public Storage provided me with the worst ever Storage service I have experienced . I have had multiple storage units over the past 3 years from other Storage companies and have not been gouged for money or given deplorable customer service like Public Storage did to me , when you try to reach them you get canned answers like their typically pre written letters. They never attempted to correct their $1.83 billing error. Stay away from these Corporate money mongers. I had a billing mistake made by Public Storage when i moved into there 1st month free rent unit. They would not correct their mistake and ended up charging me $94 for the “1st free month and ordering a lien on my unit and cut off my lock while I in the Hospital for vascular surgery within a few weeks of initial move in . It got worse but you get my drift . If you do business with Public Storage be prepared to get Californiacated . 12/01/2022. I am also filling a complaint with the Better Business Bureau . By the way I moved out on December 2, nd after being well enought to do so but i was a day late getting out and now Public Storage wants $94 for 1 day of the entire month of December. Of course they gave another canned answer hiding behing technology to screw the renter me out of more money .
