They were great. I’ve used them multiple times over the years. This time I had to get my car towed there unfortunately it was primarily a battery issue, but they were patient and started the car each day for about four days before they saw the engine light come on. They just want to be extra careful that we didn’t get it back and miss something. Then it needed a software update. Their communication was great. Pricing was great. I would highly recommend them.

My appointment was at 11 AM and they were right on time. They took my car in and checked it out and found that this other garage said I needed something and they checked it out and I didn’t need nothing and they did not charge me nothing the other place charge me $150 to find out stuff on my car. I’m so thankful for quality tech. I will always come back and I recommend everybody go there. Thank you so much

The service and experience at Qualtech was fantastic. Terry was my service advisor and he made sure I was taken care of. The whole experience was smooth and their pricing is considerably better than the dealer wanted to charge me for my 30,000 mile service. I would highly recommend Qualtech to anyone who needs honest and quality automotive service.
