Traffic is always an issue, the road design is incredibly stupid and relies on decent drivers of which Bee Cave has almost none of.
I watched this place be built, it's pretty much like anywhere else, shops pop in and out unless they were a large founding business that put in to the construction.
It's better than the Galleria across the highway.

We lost an authentic, old school Austin venue called the backyard that had been the best thing in Bee Cave for over a decade.
Everyone from Willie Nelson to ZZ Top
to the kids in the hall.
All so we could have these pitiful stores just a few miles from the same stores.
At least the millionaires behind it can walk to the hardware store now.

Always a good experience. Love how clean the area is and how many stores in this area have very nice personnel.

Meandering outdoor mall in beautiful Texas hill country. Most chain stores have higher end merchandise than those located in less affluent neighborhoods. Especially recommend the home consignment store for furnishings.
