Not impressed.. very dark and dreary upon entry & rooms were even worse. Carpets dirty and TINY PILLOWS. shocked to have been charged $12 for a waffle that's free in any other establishment. We most likely will NOT be back. Overpriced for overall experience

I needed to run to the grocery store and asked how far to walk.. the guy that ran the shuttle was there and just took us.
So kind! Thanks for knowing your area. The walk would have been problematic and this made it easy!

What a great hotel in a fantastic location! 2 comments: only 2 pillows on each bed, small towels. Other than that we loved it here. There is a bar on the 6th floor and we chilled out there for hours. It was very comfy and relaxing. Our drinks were amazing as well as the appetizers we ordered. Great place! Will definitely be back.

Stayed here for a wedding. It was clean and comfortable and the rooms had good sound proofing. Staff was friendly! Minus one star for the price compared to other nicer hotels right in Austin.

This location is totally over priced. The carpet was dirty, our bed had been previously used and the sheets were not changed. There was mold growing on the shower doors. The bathrooms reminded me of hospital bathrooms. We paid for a top floor room and recieved a middle floor room.
The hair dryer was super cheap and kept going from hot to cold air.
I would expect much much more from a hotel like this.
We would have had better accommodations at a Holiday Inn.

Great stay. Very comfy and clean rooms.
Nice staff. Absolute plus was the free shuttle to the nearby restaurant.

We had a great stay at Sonesta bee cave. We brought our pups and the staff was great with them. Yab (spelling?) and David were excellent and very helpful whenever we needed anything. Rooms were clean. Walking distance to Whole Foods and shopping.

Walkability: The hotel is near the Galleria, Bee Cave with several good restaurants at walking distance. It is a nice, safe surrounding to stroll.

Rooms: It's NOT the romantic rooms I'm paying to. No time for that. Hot & heavy with my mistress.?
Nearby activities: Coffee, movies, etc
