My hair changes directions all over my head, so its always been a challenge to find a good consistent barber. After 10 years of diy, I've found someone who can cut my hair better than I can. Thanks, Natalie! You rock!

I never write reviews but today's interaction made my day. I have awkward hair texture. I have a mullet I'm trying to grow out. I have been to this location before and have now seen 4 separate stylist and all of them do amazing work and interact with customers very well. On the other hand my haircut is the best it has ever looked and I wish I had the funds to tip more than I could today. My stylist was soft spoken and very time efficient without missing quality. BEST HAIRCUT I HAVE EVER HAD. I love the shape and feel. So with that I believe Cherrel has the midas touch. Absolutely amazing service. I hope she sticks around as I'm happy to be a regular for her. Cherrel, you are doing and awesome job.

Wow!
Bee Cave location definitely does not honor the free clean-up service involving blocking sideburns and neck area. It takes less than 2 minutes but I was just told I would have to sit for 3 hours!!!
What a shameful ripoff!

Didn’t sign up online bc their app said 11 min wait and decided to bring my son for a haircut and I showed up and the waiting it’s 86 mins according to the lady at the register (no one was there, 3 people were in their list but not in presence so I waited 10 minutes and nothing)

My son was so excited to get his hair cut “just like Dad” MVP experience and all, and when we arrived for a walk-in at 5:03, the doors were locked and nobody answered the phone. We SAW an employee inside and the door clearly stated store hours were open through 6pm. Needless to say there were plenty of tears, as my son was so heartbroken. Extremely disappointed.

I went into my local sport clips today after trying to check in online with a 0 minute wait, I got in at 330pmcst and I saw a note saying they close at 5 pm due to understaffed c9nce4ns. I was greated by a lady who pre warned her boss April was there and advised me to check in online. I told her I tried shows 0 minute wait and then she proceeds to advise me they are fully booked and can't help me. No one was in the store as check ins you do ha e to be there. She then sarcastically gave me qr code and I asked for managers card and as I'm walking out she was trying to explain herself. I'm not trying g to say they weren't busy but definitely change approach. Your corporate sign says you close like 7 it's 330 and you say you do what you want. Ridiculous and I really hope you all go out of business. Last time I ever go there again. As I was leaving another customer who walked in after I got there told me she yelled a racial slur at me. Horrible at best and will never come back
