Attended the 3rd annual Texas Wienerfest here. Parking was horrible, and took forever to get in. People were being turned away via Austin PD to park even though there were parking spots and they had already paid for parking. The area we were in made it feel cramped, it was difficult to find shade. Hopefully next year they hold it somewhere else. All the wieners were awesome, so it gets three stars.

My son and daughter-in-law just had their wedding there and overall it was a great experience for them. Really cool old Western town setting. Was able to move the wedding from building to building, from the old wedding chapel to the old saloon, to the old school house for the DJ and reception. A good time was had by All, great venue.

Star Hill Ranch management made every effort to ensure that our event was a huge success, even when we made event planning mistakes on our end, they were forgiving and helped us through the mistakes -- we are grateful for them and their support. We were holding our 1st Annual Top Secret Gala there, benefitting the Combat Control Foundation, which supports US Air Force Special Tactics Combat Controllers (CCT), the true quiet professionals. Star Hill Ranch helped us get in touch with an Audio/Visual guy - he came with a 12ft screen (sounds too big, but its not, its the best size for that space) and a great sound system and really made the event successful. I included some photos of our event, but ultimately photos of the space, buildings, houses, and general layout of the space.
Thank you all again for such an incredible event. We look forward to seeing y'all again next year. God Bless You. God Bless Texas. God Bless this Republic.

Star Hill Ranch was absolutely PERFECT for our wedding.
My husband found them on google, and originally, I was a bit skeptical cause it was so different from other typical wedding venues. However, when I started crying happy tears on our venue tour, we both knew this was the place. And it was the best decision we made!
We held our entire wedding day there--4pm-11pm, and I only wish we could have been there longer cause of how special it was.
My husband and I truly felt welcomed liked family by Matt (the owner) and Renee (the coordinator who we hired for day of coordinating). Both of them went above and BEYOND to make our day amazing.
Our guests keep telling us it was the most fun wedding they have ever been to! We used four different spaces for the ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, and then dancing. Getting to move around made it so interesting. The lighting, ambience, and attention to detail in every space was perfect.
We used their connections for bartenders and servers and a DJ which was a great choice as those vendors all knew the venue and made for a seamless day, even amidst using so many different spaces.
I was even a bit last minute on some of my decisions as a bride, and they made it all happen and come together.
I HIGHLY recommend hiring Renee if you get married here, as she knows the venue so well and could guide us in the flow of the day and what little touches we could add to make it special. She set and decorated the dessert bar and had vintage window panes we could use for the seating chart!
We will treasure our wedding day forever. Thank you Matt and Renee for creating such a special place!

Our son's wedding was held there. The staff was very helpful as there are so many decisions that had to be made. Friendly staff, great atmosphere and we all had!

It's an interesting place with a lot of small old structures. Kind of a miniature old Texas town. I guess it can be used for various venues. We were holding a fundraiser for the Air Force Special Forces call combat controllers

The venue is stunning — a perfect blend of rustic charm and refined elegance, with panoramic views that set the perfect tone for a meaningful night. The program honored our Air Force’s combat controllers with heartfelt tributes and compelling stories, truly inspiring everyone in attendance. Star Hill Ranch was a dream wedding venue. Everyone that came from out of town said it was the most unique wedding they have ever been to, and could not stop talking about the venue. Matt and Renee were extremely helpful throughout our entire planning process, constantly offering suggestions and contingency plans for all of the little hurdles that come up during wedding planning. Our wedding ended up being absolutely perfect. Our friends and families danced the night away on this historic street under the stars.
