I use this particular UPS store on a regular basis. Iâve always thought the employees there were super helpful and nice. But my experience with Will monday is something I have to post about. I mailed my sonâs passport to him monday and it was supposed to arrive to him Tuesday. He needed it to go on his honeymoon friday. I checked the next day and there had been no movement on the package. I called the UPS store and Will said âthatâs not a good sign letâs do a claim on it so they can hopefully locate it asapâ. Instead of him sending me on my way to fill it out Will filled it out for me and put in the notes please find asap as itâs needed friday for a honeymoon trip. He then followed up on the package on his end and called me to follow up as well. The package was found and got to my son Thursday evening. Just in time. I think Will went above and beyond and I also think if he hadnât done what he did the package if found would not have been there by Thursday. So nice to have such a great UPS location so close and with such conscientious employees. Thanks Will! I canât tell you how much I appreciate what you did!

First time ever walking in to this location, all three associates snared at me no one greeted and then proceeded to act as if it was an inconvenience to help me. To add to this Brandon behind the register who was less than helpful incorrectly measured my bags that had the same items with the items dimensions and proceeded to tell me they were different. I donât recommend this location and I think these associates need to go through training on treating everyone equal and not just certain customers. This location is a disgrace to UPS. I will happily drive farther to FedEx where they treat you fairly and equally as a woman and as a human.

Well, that's a first. Went to the UPS store to ship a stack of docs for work with a pre-paid label. Done this thousands of times over the last 15 years.
Until today. The store had only small letter size envelopes, but no legal size envelopes, no large poly bags, no boxes. Apparently, the only thing UPS now prioritizes is Amazon returns. Interesting business model.
How does Pak-Mail have UPS supplies but not the UPS store? Incidentally, the employees behind the counter were very polite, and tried to call their manager to find out where any of these things were stored. He didn't answer his phone.

I had the BEST experience at the UPS Store yesterday ! Ash and Jordan were incredibly kind and helpful. I came in with about 30 Amazon returns and honestly felt bad asking for so much help, but they were extremely patient and worked together seamlessly to make the process smooth and efficient. Their professionalism and friendly demeanor turned what could have been a stressful errand into an absolute breeze. Iâm super thankful for their assistance - they truly went above and beyond!
