There is a lot of arrogance and attitude from some of the staff members, not all and you can feel the energy as soon as you walk throughthe door. Brent or Brett just couldn't resist glaring at me and had to make sure I noticed his prejudice a couple of times. An associate named Matt was more professional in regard to his unbiased/unprejudiced customer service toward me. My goodness such ignorance and how unattractive of behavior from an assistant manager. I would have gotten the items prior to my arrival to the area and I wish that I did. The negative energy can be felt and it was such a arrogant/shameful energy too. I am in town for holiday and unfortunately I had to make two trips to this location prior to beginning my holiday. I experienced the same thing, twice, within an hour and from different staff too. The first time, I was pleasant. The second time, I wanted to get out as soon as I walked in. You will not get a reaction either way except to let you know that your prejudice shows ridiculously juvenile 😉 and remember that you can get what you give. I recommend anybody that shops here to pay rudeness with silence, glares with no eye contact/silence and ignorance/shade with your not being present in this establishment . Spend your dollars where you are respected, acknowledged and appreciated as a customer. Leave your stereotypes, prejudices and arrogance at home! This store got two chances and I definitely believe what you showed me the first time around. The second time, I was sure that I would go to Specs or a local small business before ever returning to this location.
*Addendum* I reached out via phone to talk with the manager, and spoke with the assistant manager, Brent/Brett. I made him aware of who I was and that I was aware of the projections, respectfully. I mentioned my surprise in how I received customer service from their specific location to my usual location in the post oak/River oaks areas and that his associate Matthew did a good job displaying/ projecting customer service without a display of prejudice/arrogance. I also mentioned that I am a business consultant/reviewer and that I would share my experiences with those within the upper corporate structure. I did express and wish him a great weekend as well. No threats, no rudeness. I was calm, polite and respectful.

This is the absolute worst customer service that I have ever experienced. Not only were they rude and completely ignored my request for help multiple times, when I went to check out, they would not take my 4 different forms of GOVERNMENT ISSUED identification. This is absolutely ridiculous and if you don’t believe that, I’m 36 based off of 10 different forms of ID that’s insane. I will not be returning here.

The customer service here is utterly disgusting. Everyone has an attitude in the store. Doesn’t seem to wanna help wants to sit behind the register or tell you why they can’t do something. I’ve been shopping with total wine for quite some time and I can tell you this the store needs to be completely wiped up employees and new ones need to go in there because they clearly don’t know how to take care of customers.
