Brought my mom in to get her brows waxed at the Benefit Brow Bar today with Jade. My mom has brow PTSD from getting them done at European Wax… Jade did an amazing job in making sure my mom was comfortable and relaxed while doing the service. Jade definitely deserves 5 stars!

I went to ulta and Sharon welcomed my niece and myself. We looked around every one there was willing to help us. We asked Sharon a makeup question and she was so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We walked out with many purchases. I was just browsing but Sharon sold me on all the products I purchased and I don't usually do that. You are awesome Sharon. Be blessed!

My aunt and I visited this location, I was on a mission for bronzer and my aunt was just browsing, and because of SHARON we ended up purchasing almost $200 each worth of products! Sharon, her friendly warm demeanor, her knowledge and make up skills really helped us with purchasing the Clinique products that fit our needs! We walked out feeling confident and great with our new skin care purchases. THANK YOU SHARON!! 🫶🏽

I came in for the first time in years to get my hair done in a salon after such a traumatic experience but my hair stylist Mia BLEW ME AWAY with how amazing my hair came out, I was so nervous but not only was she the sweetest she absolutely ROCKED MY HAIR and I couldn’t be more obsessed with the results ! I don’t think I’ll ever have someone else other than Mia touch my hair again!

Whenever I go in there, they asked me for my phone number when I’m checking out. I kindly say no thank you but yet I am still harassed.

Jade did my brows last minute before I was going to be in a wedding and they came out looking so good! I’m so happy. She really took her time and made suggestions to help me choose my brow color and shape. I would highly recommend!

I went in to return a moisturizer that wasn’t working for my skin. (Which was a recommendation from another employee there when I was there a week ago.) The woman Amber, was so sweet. She and I had conversations while she did my return. She asked what I originally went in for and I explained what I was looking for. They made it their MISSION to find me a cheaper substitute to what I went in there for in the first place. I felt so genuinely loved and seen by these woman. Thank you to Amber and a beautiful blond girl with bomb eyeshadow, yall made my day!!

I went shopping there with my daughter hoping it would be a good experience but it wasn't. I made a purchase and their cash register froze as I made a transaction using my debit card and the purchase did go through but according to them it did not. I then looked at my bank statement showing them proof that it did go through . I made the mistake of believing them that it didn't my stupid fault. An hour later Iooked up my account and realized I was charged twice. Ulta said they could not reimburse me even after I told them I was charged twice and had it on my bank statement I will never shop at that store again if they do that to others it is unfair not good business and it is ripping people off very disappointing
