Love this location! I don’t even live in bee cave but prefer this location because of the helpful staff and happy energy. Erin and Joy are the BEST! Definitely recommend!

I got my hair cut and styled by Yolanda. When I sat in her chair, I had no idea what style I wanted. I let her do her thing. She did a great job. I don't like my hair blow dried. She barely dried it on low heat. Now my hair is super easy to style. Yolanda is very professional and has a great attitude. She speaks her mind and will tell you like it is. I'm so happy I discovered her. I will definitely be a repeat customer!

I've never had a bad shopping experience at this location until today. I went in to buy lotion and let the cashier, Brooke, know that it was my birthday earlier this month. Brooke told me that they were out of this months birthday gift and that all she had was next month's birthday gift but didn't offer any solution and instead asked if I wanted to apply for the Ulta credit card. What a joke.

This has been by far the best store, kudos to the staff. Every single one of them were super kind, receptive and helpful. They made my Sunday morning !!! Thank you for making us, (me and my sisters) feel so welcome and patiently helping us with our finds!! Great team!!

Molly is such a sweet person and a very skilled stylist. She took her time with my haircut and it’s clear that she has a lot of experience and knows her stuff. I will return and would definitely recommend her for your hair appointment.

Ulta has gotten better in terms of offerings, their competition with Sephora has really upped their game. Prices are a bit high right now due to inflation but they have one of the better member point systems that really pays off if you are consistent with purchasing from them

I usually have a good experience here, but today I was in the store testing perfume. I was ready to buy one but I didn't know which variation of that particular brand it was, so I could get the right one. I asked and this girl working there couldn't tell me for sure. So I asked if there was somebody else I could talk to who knows more about it. She told me I'm going to get the same answer from everyone and if I wanted to know for sure I need to go to a department store. Ok fine, I'll spend my money elsewhere then.

I booked an appt with Arnulfo Garcia for yesterday. I can't say enough excellent things about him as a stylist, colorist and as a person who has the ability to imbue power to his clients to own their own process. I came in not know exactly what I wanted to do and he was patient , listened well and took it all in and then made some suggestions that I "went with". I typically have the attitude of "trust the expert" and in this case I could tell he knew his craft (very well) and was giving good, reflective input. I'm glad I trusted him as the results are exactly what I wanted and needed. Now I want to tell everyone about Arnulfo. I will continue to come back to this Ulta location from now on. Thank you, Arnulfo, for taking the time to make it "just right", including the protective treatment for my hair health and your amazing styling afterwards.

I had my hair colored here a few times because it's convenient and the woman I've used does as good a job as anywhere else I've found for notably less. It clearly feels like a lower end salon but she got the job done. That said- I'll never go again. A few hours before a scheduled haircut we got a call from the stylist cancelling because whoever scheduled it didn't allow enough time. When we called to question why they'd just drop our appointment we learned we could see someone else half an hour later but it would be at a different higher rate. If they made a mistake shouldn't they honor at the rate we scheduled? "Yeah well I'm just answering the phone and I'm the other stylist and I won't cut for that amount." Well that doesn't seem right and I've been there numerous times and won't come back if this how customers are treated. "OK!" I'd rather pay more to be respected as a consumer and have my time respected. Bye Ulta

I went into Ulta and wanted to find some good eye cream. I knew I wouldn't be able to find it on my own so I went to the front counter to get some assistance. Thankfully Anna came to my rescue and when I told her what I was looking for, she took straight to the Peach and Lily and after trying it, I feel in love with the product; however, they didn't have any left. Anna went above and beyond and was able to give me enough in a small jar to hold me over as I was going on a trip. She then gave me a serum of which I've never tried all because she's that amazing. Thank you, Anna, for your expertise, wisdom, kindness, and generosity!!!

I had a scheduled Keratin treatment, booked over a month ago. I received a text a few weeks ago as a reminder on 09/26/22. There was an "opt out" of text verification request, but no request to confirm or reschedule. I showed up for my scheduled appointment today 10/22/22. The team said it had been cancelled on 09/26/22. I showed them the text, demonstrating that I had not been asked to confirm the appointment and I certainly did not cancel it. They simply stated "It happens more often than not." They apologized and offered to reschedule a different day. It is not easy to carve out a three hour window from a busy schedule. I am very disappointed in the absolute lack of professionalism. I will NEVER go there for anything ever again. Don't waste your time on this business. It is was not a chain, it would be out of business for the paltry handing of their clients valuable time. Complete lack of respect and ownership of their error.
