BEWARE OF THIS STORE...RUDE AND AGGRESSIVE manager and employee. I witnessed the same employee mistreating the customer before me and then was condescending and rude to me as well. The manager is worse and racist, consistent with the other review left here 6 days ago!

Horrendous service. Antonio the manager of this store is an absolute disgrace. Lacks communication ability and is overly aggressive. Cancelling my 4 iPhone Pro Max plans.

So if you buy online they won’t help you in the store and since my phone doesn’t work I can’t call customer support. It should be a one Verizon experience.

Went in the store today to check on my ICloud storage. Not Verizon Cloud. Been getting emails from someone about low storage. A very professional and polite young lady helped me and explained how to find my available storage. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Don’t remember her name but please thank her for me! Emails and texts about storage are a SCAM! Her name was Shirley. Credit to the company.

Noah Z. was extremely knowledgeable and extremely friendly. Noah was able to get me in and out (with an internet plan!). Thank you Noah for taking the time to work with me.
Additionally, the manager, Antonio, came over to check on me and make sure everything went well!

Katie is AWESOME!!!💃🥰💖 I opened the store door at 10:30 AM today (Thursday) and she greeted me warmly and wanted to know how to help me. I was so frustrated that I couldn’t figure out why I continued to miss calls and messages from one of my doctors and Katie immediately found the problem. She is a gem of an employee! She’s friendly, energetic, genuinely wants to help, and she’s very smart and quick at analyzing and fixing problems. THANK YOU AGAIN, Katie!!!🤗🥰😘

Katie at the Bee Caves location is a rock star. She’s always been able to get what I need done completed. She’s friendly, efficient and very competent. Stark stark contrast compared to the service I had for years at T Mobile.

Terrible customer service. The manager is extremely rude and unhelpful. They made us wait for an hour just to be told that the phone doesn’t qualify for trade in. They didn’t even apologize for the situation. Recommend taking your business elsewhere

We were having SIM card problems and decided to go to this Gallaria store. Jesmy greeted us and was wonderful and efficient, replaced our card within 10 min. Very good experience!

Verizon are thieves. Decent quality hardware, but they constantly look to upcharge for unnecessary service. Pay $200/mo for 4 phones. SHOP AROUND, you will find better deals.
