I was surprised today. I've always used WF to exchange currency. They always told me there is not a fee involved, that they provide this service free of charge to customers. Today, I ordered euro and the rate they charged was 1.1265. I got it in my car and looked up the exchange rate, which said 1.07. Looks fishy to me,

Kelley and Jake are awesome. I had a serious internal wire transfer issue which was my fault. and they went above and beyond to assist me. Frustrating situation made much easier due to their assistance!

I love this branch. Everyone is always extremely helpful and welcoming. It's also nice on the inside, a bit of a reminder of the old Bee Cave with the mural.

One Wells Fargo branch open in western travis county on saturday. There must be fifty to a hundred people in the lobby and all the drive up lanes are full.

This branch doesn't seem to respect appointments, and leaves customers waiting, a repeating problem seemingly as well, when one checks other reviews. It's also basic SoP for a bank to have someone at the door to help you or notify employees that their appointment has arrived, this branch has employees who glare at you, and forces you to go to the till to inform them you are there for an appointment.The only employee to actually take initiative was an elderly gentleman with glasses, though a fair amount of my time had been wasted already.Quite disappointing.

Made an appointment. When I arrived, no one addressed me, so I got in line for the teller. I let her know I had made an appointment, but was in need of exchanging currency. She asked me to insert my card and I let her know I wasn't a customer but that my bank had recommended them since they don't do currency exchange. She simply said "Oh, you have to be a customer." So I asked if she had a recommendation for somewhere else that may be able to help and she just said no. Call me crazy, but that could've been a sales opportunity. Any kindness or offer of help is so important in a customer facing role. After this interaction, I will NEVER be a WF customer.

Met with Joe today on the business side, and he was super helpful in getting our accounts updated with various needs. Really took his time to get everything done well and was appreciated. Seemed like a nice branch office to do banking at overall.

The staff at this location were so nice and did everything they could to squeeze me in last minute for an appointment! Thanks George!! This was not the closest location for me but I am willing to make the distance for excellent customer service!

Trying to get a new debit card! I understand that with Covid you have to make an appt but they were not answering the phone which is even more frustrating! Walked into the bank and there are only like 3 employees in the entire bank and I was told I would have to make an appt to get a new debit card.The teller couldn’t access the bankers appt book nor would she walk over and ask them when their next appt was???I’m about to head out of town and needed a temporary card and unfortunately you cannot do that online! Why is it that Wells Fargo is the only banking center that does not help the customers in need? I’m sitting in the parking lot waiting on a banker to call me and have no idea if I can get into get a temporary card because the teller would not ask when their next appointment was! Unbelievable!Makes me want to take our business to a more considerate institution!

This is the worst Wells Fargo out of any Wells Fargo I've ever been to I was it one minute from doors closing and they would not see me I don't care what you say 5 o'clock is 5 o'clock you see me I'm a paying customer this is BS switch banks to someone who actually gives a damn
