“Carlos was great he took time to explain a few things. The tracking and scheduling system as a whole is flawed. The part was delivered to my house 2 days after the first technician ordered it. I notified everyone (Sears) I could including Samantha the AI virtual assistant that I had the part. After 5 appointments, 4 of which were no shows we had someone else install the part. Techs were great.”
