This store caused me to cancel my service with ATT after over 6 years as a customer! After receiving g countless offers to upgrade I finally went to the store and got a new tablet, I had the grandfathered unlimited data plus hotspot add-on device which was my tablet. For 6 years we used 400+ gigs a month on our tablet hotspot, we were very adamant to the store associate that we did not want to upgrade if we were going to lose our grandfathered plan. We were assure we would not and a couple days after we got our new tablet our 10gig cap had been reached! ATT will do nothing and we have been lied to and a contract broken over this location. Thats all

I drove 40 miles one way to get my phone set up. Ashley Tapia said it was still loading but ready to go. She did not do a test call. I got home and could not make or receive calls. I drove 40 miles back to the store and Ashley forgot to put the sums card in!!
