When I arrived to pick up my car, Daniel, one of the mechanics, was on his way to lunch but kindly got out of his truck and walked back inside to let the staff know I had arrived. Throughout my visit, multiple mechanics checked on me to make sure I was being helped. Their customer service is outstanding, and Libby handles everything efficiently and quickly.
Not only was my car fixed, but it was also returned in better condition than I left it as in CLEAN. Both the rental and the body shop had excellent customer service. The woman from the rental side was so helpful by phone and got me in to my rental quick! And Libby got my car fixed ASAP. Highly recommend them.”

He asked what the problem was and when we explained what was going on he told me to tell her to turn her wheel to see if she locked something. It worked and she was able to drive back to Alice since she commutes. I will definately use this business for any future auto work we may need. They are truly wonderful people.”

“On our way from Florida to Mexico we had a belt break unexpectedly. Called the shop where they offered to tow it to their shop to work on it the next day Saturday. I explained we were pulling a trailer and we were a total of 4 people. They said it would be no problem. Tow truck was at another job they did not want to keep us waiting Nick and Kaylee came to pick up the trailer and give us a ride to a hotel. Kaylee was sweet and offered to take us to get food or give us a ride anywhere we needed to go. Next day as we waited for our truck to be finished she did not mind us hanging out in the office even offered to order us pizza. Overall they provided outstanding service and went above and beyond for my family. Would recommend them 1000%!”
“It's not the one star Yelpers claim to be. During the pandemic times, they got more items in stock than HEB and much cleaner. I saw them disinfecting the carts and the terminals for checking out. The aisle are organized and the employees are proactive in restocking the items.”
