I went in for battery issues & while I was there I requested they change the oil & check my brake pads. Was told it would take a couple of hours due to the battery. I told them that was fine. Almost 3 hours later I noticed my car being pulled up & waited about 10-15 min for someone to tell me it was ready. Finally I walked over to the customer service rep to inquire about it. He wasn’t sure & started looking into it. He then told me that the battery & oil had been change (this was about 11:30- I arrived about 8:40). I asked about my brakes & he stated they didn’t check them. I asked why not & he didn’t know. Mind you I had heard multiple employees talking about they weren’t doing anymore work until after lunch! I insisted that they do what I had requested, was then told it would take at least another 30 min to complete. I told them it needed to be done since I requested it when I brought it in. They finally brought me the estimate for my breaks & when I went to pay for the battery & oil change, I notice that the invoice stated “unable to check breaks due to time constraints”. Was that “time restraint” lunch time?
I’m very unsatisfied with my experience yesterday. I’ve been bringing my vehicles here for service for several years & this is the worst it’s ever been.
The service manager was also supposed to contact my husband today (I had overheard during my time there that he would be back today) BUT there was no contact with my husband by him today.

Aztec is hands down the best in the Coastal Bend. It’s a real hometown atmosphere where you feel welcomed. If they do not have what you are looking for, they will get it for you. Salesman Daniel Ramirez is top notch. He knows GM products and can answer any question you may have about your new vehicle. Daniel is personable and cares that you drive away satisfied. Daniel and the rest of the staff at Aztec have made it an easy choice for my future vehicle purchases.

I made the dumb desicion to drive my Mustang Mach-E to the beach from San Antonio. I was left in an emergency situation where I needed to charge my vehicle ASAP. I am so lucky and blessed to have found this dealership that opened me with open arms. They were super super nice and welcoming. I wish I would have gotten names but I was super overwhelmed because I was almost stranded before finding this place so it slipped my mind. Anywho, they offered me water and their waiting area to cool off. From the lady at the front desk to another lady I believe who worked in service? Some of the salesmen as well. I will definitely stop on my way back home to get another charge. And in the future when it’s time to buy my GMC Sierra, I will make the drive and purchase from these guys. THANK YOU GUYS!!
