Horrible, horrible, absolutely horrible staff. My father always gets treated disrespectfully, and they never want to take the time to help him because he speaks only Spanish. I don’t know if it’s discrimination against him or just a racist place in general. No healthcare facility should be like this. No healthcare worker should EVER treat a patient like this. They had him waiting for hours just for bloodwork, and never wanted to help him. Then they just sent him away in the most disrespectful manner. I hope the people who did this to him understand they have parents too. You get back what you give. I will be looking to switch him over to another facility!! If I could I would give 0 stars.

Horrible communication and to hear a nurse say they did something wrong or they can’t find your bloodwork is very uncomfortable makes a person have little faith in putting your health in their care.

Probably the worst medical care I’ve ever (not) received. As part of the VA Community Care system, JJP is incapable of navigating the VA network to ensure the veteran receives timely medical care.If you thought medical care was bad while still active duty, JJP will change your mind. You’re probably better off going to the VA for medical treatment as opposed to using the VA Community Care program and being sent to JJP.As a last note, I’ve NEVER written a Google review in my life, but thought this is the time. I will be using my personal medical insurance to receive adequate care….at another practice.

The staff is super sweet and doctors are very helpful. Dr. Larakers has been my physician for over 20 years. He has helped through some very tough physical ailments and has always been concerned about my well being.

Nurse's do their jobs, Dr comes in Listens to you , prescribed Meds blood work is needed, recommend to other specialists . So yes I would Recommend ( Family Practice LLP ) Dr AVEGIYEL DUNN, IS A WONDERFUL DOCTOR..

Horrible place! If you have a appointment time be ready to ALWAYS get seen 2, 3 maybe even 4 hours later. My mother has been going to that clinic for many many years due to it being a convenient drive but as of today we will be finishing her a new doctor's office. Not only are they slow but 80% of the staff and nurses are rude! Highly NOT recommend!

I had the best visit yesterday. I saw Dr. larakers PA Mrs. Jones and she treated me with the utmost respect and was so thorough. She went over my chart with me and my husband and told us what needed to be done next. I don't like doctors, but now I look forward to seeing her again.

I have been going to their clinic for 15 years now. Before they were Twin Fountains. I have found all the Doctors very helpful and knowledgable. I have referred friends & family to them also. All the staff are friendly , helpful & treat you respectfully.Especially my Dr. Beasley
