Really bad service ,(usually go to Baytown dealer awesome service) called to get a tire replaced made sure my tire warranty was open which it was went to the dealer sat there for 45mins they came out gave me my keys. said they don’t have that tire and haven’t called the warranty replacement service said they would call me back in an hour or so which they never did ,,,, they didnt call around for the tire to busy sitting at the desk doing nothing too do their job.

You put your heart and soul into every customer, every time I've seen you at the dealership, you were always moving around at top speed, never slowing down or appearing stressed. No matter how many customers you have in a chair at the same time you always make each one feel like your only customer. My Wife Had me go into the dealership by myself to look for a truck because she wasn’t in the mood to wait around all day for nothing. Let just say Roland “Rollie” Rodriguez had me driving out of there with this beauty in about an hour! Never have we ever been in and out of a dealership that quick!!! Thank you so much Rollie and Mike Willow for making this vehicle purchase the most pleasant, and we love our new 1500!!!

Why did I wait so long to put in this review about Johnny Gutierrez at Coastal Bend CDJR OF BEEVILLE.
From the greeting outside from when wa first got there to the delivery of my beautiful 2025 jeep wrangler Sahara exceeds beyond Amazing.
The professionalism from Johnny was everything I never experienced from anyone at a Dealership.
Eli morales was everything as well.
The kindness that I received from them and the atmosphere I will never forget

Wouldn’t recommend went in for a check engine light on and asked for a price the brake light bulb was out when went to pick up truck 89.23 for a light bulb prices are crazy

Shoutout to Blake Fulenwider of Beeville, Ram Chrysler Dodge Jeep, Johnny, and Trey Aguirre for the best customer service, and servicing my car in timely matter, and making sure I had a loaner vehicle to come and go… also s/o to Juan Garza at services for sending me videos and updates as they were working on my vehicle! I submitted muni formation one morning with a very helpful lady. Once I got out of work around 4 in the afternoon I was told I was approved for a vehicle between $20,000 and $30,000 with $0 down. Once she sent me the website to look up their inventory I decided on a car that was physically on their lot. However once I got to the “dealership” the “manager in charge”, had done nothing with my information so he hurriedly gave my paperwork to another employee to “make a deal” for me. Because I was told he was busy with a marketing team there making a video or something. After which I was told I’d need a $5,000 deposit and now they wanted to put me in a $17,500 vehicle. Needless to say I walked away empty handed and VERY DISAPPOINTED…. I do however highly recommend the saleswoman Marisol. She was such a help and very understanding of my needs in acquiring a vehicle. She was so helpful and knowledgeable when it came to any question I had.

This is the 2nd vehicle that I have purchased from Blake Fulenwider Jeep in Beeville. I would not have gone back to this dealership for another vehicle purchase if my 1st experience was uncomfortable or high pressured. This 2nd purchase was for a Jeep Rubicon. My salesperson was a Gabby Chapa. She was very helpful in finding the exact vehicle that I was looking for. She made the entire sale process very smooth without any haggling. Vehicle was delivered as promised. Gabby continues to make follow-up calls to ensure that everything is going well. I would highly recommend Blake Fulenwider Dodge Jeep in Beeville for your next vehicle purchase. I would also recommend Gabby to help you find what vehicle you are in the market for.
