This is the 2nd vehicle that I have purchased from Blake Fulenwider Jeep in Beeville. I would not have gone back to this dealership for another vehicle purchase if my 1st experience was uncomfortable or high pressured. This 2nd purchase was for a Jeep Rubicon. My salesperson was a Gabby Chapa. She was very helpful in finding the exact vehicle that I was looking for. She made the entire sale process very smooth without any haggling. Vehicle was delivered as promised. Gabby continues to make follow-up calls to ensure that everything is going well. I went to Blake Fulenwider to look at a getting a new truck. At first I was scared because my credit is not where it should be but thanks to Lindsay Salinas with her hard work she was able to lock me into an amazing truck at an affordable price to my budget. Just bought another truck from them. Lindsay Salinas was the sales rep. She asked what I was looking for and what I could do and she made it happen. Gave me what I wanted for my truck and kept my payments for the new truck where I wanted. When I decide to buy again I will definitely look her up. And Josh the sales manager went 200 percent to go out of his way to make sure I was happy .

We have done business here for a fear years now. They have always provided exceptional service, but this past Saturday, they blew us out of the water! Lindsay and Trey went above and beyond to get us into the two cars that we wanted! We can’t thank them enough for all they did for us. They even played and spoiled our 3 year old. Love the family environment there and they truly have their customers best interest at heart.

Been waiting months and months and months for our license plates. Somebody keeps dropping the ball. They keep telling us they mailed them or they over nighted them etc. It's become a problem as we use our vehicle for work and it poses a problem when trying to get on secured job sights like the military base etc. Not sure what we are going to have to do at this point. We've gone up there, they say they've handled it and they will be here in the next day or 2.... nothing. We call, they say they will mail them then they don't. We call back and they say they were over nighted. When they don't show we call and they say they'll get them in the mail. It's just getting old and it's hard to do our job.I do not recommend this place as this is an important part of their job that they just won't do.It will be 6 months of this in a couple weeks.

I bought my Willy's Gladiator from Alayna. Excellent experience. I had a follow up experience with Mitch. I kept getting a DEVICE NOT SUPPORTED message when trying to charge my phone. At the beginning of my trouble shooting, I called ATT to get an original charging cord for my phone. They told me they could GUARANTEE it wasn't the cord....that I needed a new phone. Mitch set that falsehood to rest by telling me to order a new cord (to get 2) directly from Samsung. BINGO ! Problem solved. Thank you, Alayna, thank you Mitch, and thank you Blake Fulenwider for having the greatest crew around.

Blake Fulenwider Jeep Service Department ROCKED it today 06/28/23!! It had been a very tumultuous day for me. So many issues that had to be taken care of and my husband's vehicle stopped and would not restart in front of our home. The air temp was 102° outside and I couldn't get the vehicle started. I called Blake Fulenwider and talked to Erica, she worked with her boss on the matter and they sent a team over to look at it. They took it in and repaired it under warranty and brought it back to us later that day. It really took the burden out of my day and they really helped to calm me from the stress of it all. Thank you Ram, Erica and team, I tremendously appreciate the awesome gesture of assistance. Hard to find that nowadays!! We've bought several vehicles from you throughout the years, the service department has always been extremely helpful. Thank you guys and gals keep up the great work!!!! ?

I went there solely for the purpose of a service for my vehicle because I'm having an issue, and the lady tried and tried to get me to get another car and trade it in, when I clearly said I didn't want to. On top of that she wanted to drive my vehicle while we tested it to see if it was fixed. My car is a standard and she didn't know how to drive it and still attempted to do so. She stalled my car, and grinded my gears and laughed like it was funny. I didn't appreciate it at all, and best believe when I'm ready to trade in my challenger rt it will never be to someone like that.

Charged me $200 diagnostic fee for pulling the code on a check engine light. Wanted $700+ for a simple thermostat replacement. Check their service website, I did afterwards. They charged $200 regardless big or small issue. Sign says to pull-in and wait for Service Advisor. After waiting 15 min, I had to go in and interrupt the SAs phone call. Young lady wasn't particularly friendly, not sure she wanted to be there. Mainly its the outrageous diagnostic fee that will keep me from going back.

Excellent service again by the dealerships’ shop. Every time we have had the pleasure of doing business with this location they exceed our expectations. Randy in parts has amazing customer service and is honest and thorough. Cannot express what a huge difference this service is from Lithia’s shops in Corpus. It is truly worth the drive to Beeville.

My Sales rep Roland aka Rollie is just an amazing person and salesman in general. Past few days I’ve had it rough and because of him I was able to get in the vehicle I have been wanting. I was very iffy about trading my car in but he made me feel so comfortable and was very trustworthy along with Mr. Willow assisting him. I couldn’t be more thankful to either of them and to Mr. Roland, thank you again you have made not only myself happy but my son as well he loves our suburban and I know I’m not an easy customer to please but you did it!!! .. may god bless you with so many blessing in this life ♥️
