I want to express my appreciation to your service department, especially to Nicole Fargo. A few weeks back while returning home from a business work trip in far south Texas, my ford diesel truck on a Friday afternoon at 4 pm was disabled because of a DEF issue. This lady said immediately bring me your truck and let my diesel mechanic see if he can get you back on the road.
Much to my surprise, this lady made it happen.
She was waiting when I pulled up and took my truck immediately to the back shop.
In addition with the help of Kristen Garza, I have never had service this good ever. I have been driving only ford trucks for the past 40 years and will continue to do so .
When I decide I need service and or a new truck I will return to Beeville Tx
This group made a huge impression on me.

My only experience with Coastal Bend Ford Beeville is to receive at least 20 unsolicited phone calls from a salesperson named Zeke. I asked him every time he called to remove me from his call list. Today was the last straw. I told him I wanted to speak to his Sales Manager and he hung up on me. I called back to speak to the almighty Sales Manager Allen who told me I was important enough that he actually picked up my call and spoke to me. High pressure sales. Chasing the customer. No respect for the Community.

Amazing job done by a great group of people went in there with my mind set on what I wanted and what I wanted to pay they came back with even better numbers and put me in the vehicle didn’t wait all day was in and out of there before I knew it… shout out to Trey Aguirre, Juliana Cano, Vandame Reyes and the rest of the team will be back for the next ride!!

We have purchased 2 cars from Coastal Bend Ford and had the greatest buying experience, both times. Aldo is very professional and listens to his customer's needs to get them in the right vehicle. He was informative the whole way through. The financial department explained every single coverage and helped us pick exactly what we needed. The detail department also made sure our car was shiny and ready to impress everybody on the road.

Service after the sale is crucial to success in this industry! After a nasty blow out the Service Department got their opportunity to answer the call of duty. They found the road hazard insurance that I had purchased, filed my claim and had an approval in less than an hour. My new tire was here and mounted early the next day. They were professional throughout the encounter but friendly at the same time. I have no doubt that my safety, the condition of my vehicle were on the forefront of their minds and efforts! In my 45 years of Ford ownership this service department ranks at the top of my list! Great job guys, see ya soon for service…

Hands down the best experience I’ve had purchasing a vehicle in a long while. Samuel worked with me, spent the course of 3 days negotiating the deal with me to get me what I wanted, and I never had to step foot in the dealership. When all was said and done, they delivered my vehicle and picked up my trade in. Will definitely return to them for my next purchase.
