If you are heading to Beeville to buy a Kubota tractor keep going to Corpus or turn around and go to Victoria. They treat you good till you sign the paperwork and then customer service goes out the window. Took my tractor in to have them fix the roof leak from a screw they drove through it and it still leaks. The whole time they kept shifting blame and wouldn't accept responsibility. I am done with them. I will drive out of my way to do business elsewhere.

Worst service ever from the Beeville location. They picked up our tractor to troubleshoot hydraulic issue and A/C problem. (Told them the A/C just needed a relay.). Well, they returned our tractor after 10 days. Their solution to fix the A/C? Bypass the relay altogether and wire it straight to the ignition switch Even worse? They added a ridiculous toggle switch to the dash of our $25,000 tractor and labeled it with a YELLOW PAINT MARKER with arrows and scribbled A/C on it!

Colby is a nice guy, was patient with us and let my wife test drive a new zero turn he gave her some instructions and away she went... I believe that she will be purchasing the mower from him pretty soon....

Been waiting on a battery that's under warranty for over a month now and they keep saying "we'll give you a call when it comes in"

Wasted my afternoon driving to buy a zero turn, would not honor a valid tax exemption. Bad service, lost a customer!

You would be better off, and safer, to bring your tractor to Walmart to have it serviced than to these guys. I bought a new tractor from them and when the service was due, I stopped in to get the parts I needed. It is a brand new unit, and they are supposed to be the Authorized Service Dealer, but they did not have a clue what parts were required, nor did they have the necessary materials in stock to complete the service. They asked if I wanted to bring my tractor in for service, which is a joke given they did not know what that service entails to begin with.

Service is extremely slow. Service manager had poor customer setvice skills. Any service will take at least a week.

We purchased our tractor new from Fuller around 2012 or so. They do business the old way. They were able to get us the implements we wanted and the tractor all rolled into a neat package. They have helped us maintain it over the years. I've had it in the shop and when I've done the work here at the ranch they were very helpful in giving me the parts and guidance that I needed.
