They are rude as they can be and they don't let you know when they can bring you meds until we can and they tell us that they don't have a driver and they fill my prescription and it won't get delivered until a week later I think it is time for us to pull out our family out of that pharmacy

This place rocks, the staff there is really nice and look out for you…. And I mean the whole staff regardless if DME or Pharmacy. They deliver and since I live in the outskirts, it’s extremely convenient. I’ve become friends with all the ones I interact with… badass pharmacy!

My father in law who is a Veteran fell and fractured his hip in four places. He has a Dr.'s prescription for a wheel chair and he couldn't get help from TLC for seven days. They kept giving him the run around about not having the proper paper from Doctor. We finally got help from Aransas medical supply who took the papers we had and delivered my father in law a wheelchair all the way from Rockport. I do not reccomend TLC if you are injured and needing medical equipment assistance. You will be waiting for a long time for help.
