Went in to ask if they sold a specific item OTC, Thomas was helpful but the pharmacist was completely rude. Blew off my question completely like he had better things to do, and then answered me like I was stupid. Will never use this pharmacy with that kind of customer service, completely rude pharmacist.

I used to be a big H‑E‑B fan. Being from Beeville, I worked here as did almost every high school teen. My experience working there was a great one for the most part although being "let go" because I was constantly being scheduled during my college courses and having to switch shifts with people or call in when nobody could cover. But this morning I had the worst experience ever, I used to come in every morning at opening for their famous "Long Johns" and they never failed to have them. This morning, I waited over an hour and a half after opening and their donuts weren't even halfway full and when I asked the man working in the bakery, he was extremely rude and told me he hadn't even started the Long Johns and they were nowhere near getting there and I'd have to wait until he was ready. I would have accepted a simple, "we haven't started them yet" but the added rudeness was not necessary. Customer service used to be great at H‑E‑B but these days, the workers seem cold and distant. While waiting for my donuts, I overheard a group of 4 curbside shoppers talking about how lazy those who order curbside are and how they intentionally mess up orders to "teach them a lesson" and then laughing about it." I have cancer and use curbside ordering a few times after my chemotherapy when I'm too weak to do the physical shopping myself and I know others use it for their own personal reasons, but these workers need to learn that not everyone is as lucky or physically capable as they are and step up and treat others with respect. H‑E‑B in Beeville used to be a good and happy place, now I dread going there.

The pharmacy was so nice they let me prepay over the phone for some pharmaceuticals and I was able to send someone to pick it up. Thank you HEB Pharmacy.

I recently moved to Beeville so I had all my prescriptions transferred to the local H‑E‑B. I’m sad to say that I can not accept the quality of service at this H‑E‑B Pharmacy. They have been extremely rude, they have let prescriptions sit for days that needed authorization before even attempting to start the processes. I know the processing times on my medications and I expect my pharmacy to start on them once they get them. I have had to go without medications because of this. The wait times in the drive through seem excessive too. In addition to all this they close the inside counter early. I hope corporate steps in and addresses this location. I transferred my meds out today.
