I used to go to this place often bc they always did a great job but since new stylists have come and the old have left, it’s not the best anymore. Asked for the picture i showed them which was a full head in blue. Gave me highlights instead and said it was due to miscommunication even though i specifically said i wanted it to look like the picture not a close second. Been looking forward to getting my hair done for months and when i finally book it i’m paying $140 for something i am not happy with. As other previous reviews have made it clear this place does not know how to give you exactly what you want. Now i have to spend another $100+ somewhere else, most likely corpus, to get what i really wanted.Service: Hairstyling

I took my sons to get a hair cut and left so disappointed! Instead of the whole staff letting me know they couldn’t do the haircut one of my sons wanted, they took turns on messing with his hair telling him it was a working process! Everything they did was the total opposite of what we asked. I stopped them and let them know the had messed it up. And with my youngest son I asked short on the sides and a little trim on the top, she literally went around his ears with the scissors and comb it! I was so upset and fed up that I just told her to leave it like that!NEVER AGAIN!I DON’T UNDERSTAND HOW THAT PLACE IS STILL OPEN!I’m new in town and I don’t know anyone so I decided to give them a chance! People are nice but my hair looks horrible now, I asked to trim it straight. Should have asked my mother instead. I have to go elsewhere to fix it before my vacation…. No words…
