Free Online E-File submitted my sons taxes wrong and thus cost me 500 dollars. they refused to acknowledge their software glitch error and i ended up having to pay to file my return. So much for piece of mind. FREE USER BEWARE!

I have been using H&R block for 2 years now and Terrie Smith is simply amazing at what she does and the patience that she has is amazing with my 3 year old being all over the place she was able to keep him entertained and calm and content all while doing my tax preparation I highly recommend her for anyone needing their taxes done.
