Jesus these workers find anything to complain about when they have to work. I drop off my weekly deposit there and had change in 2.88 cents they were like hey we need it in a roll. Dude the change didn’t even add up to a roll. Idk how this place is even open they need a manager a good one or something. If my company didn’t make me come here I’d never give business to this establishment. It’s a joke along with everyone working there. Be better IBC.

ATM seem to be not working most the time !!! Yup paying those extra fees.. very disappointed to say the least the bank itself is good

Terrible!! If you make a mobile deposit they hold it for daaaays!!! I've been with them for years. Time to switch banks.

VERY BAD BANKING INSTITUTION. Tellers are of no help to REAL important customer issues. Just because you have bleached out hair doesn't mean you can't speak Spanish ... GROW UP ! Little Sgt. @ arms Chelsea in sales thinks standing on the right X marked floor is MORE important than assisting an elderly customer at her desk. She's yelling and directing you where to stand when it should be the lazy teller's job. AND Tanya Longoria aka " The Manager " is nowhere in sight to take care of her salary PAID DUTIES !! She seems to have conveniently stepped out without not telling anyone of her 4 day Labor Day weekend getaway.

I am greatly surprised any positive reviews exist for IBC Bank. They are not honest when setting up accounts, telling you it will always be 100% fee free (outright lie). In fact, they will charge a monthly maintenance fee and they also want to charge fees for just about every service other banks I use offer at no charge. And if you are convinced to set up a second account so you have a "back up system" to prevent ever having an overdrawn situation, know they will lie about that too and claim that it was never set up that way, even if you had a super long discussion at the branch during account set up to verify how it would work, named it "back up account", and then parked funds in it solely for that purpose. And to add insult to injury, this account for which the whole purpose was leaving a backup system in place will be charged account maintenance fees. For what? They aren't having to do anything with it and wouldn't even do the one thing for which the account was set up. When you call in, rightfully upset and frustrated by the incompetence, dishonesty and theft, the "customer service" people will display absolutely zero empathy, not offer to help in any way needed and will tell you it's your fault (even though you went over the particulars with the person setting up your account AND the branch manager sitting in an office 20 feet away). So somehow it will be your fault that they failed to complete the account set up as discussed/clearly requested. The lack of care is so deeply ingrained that if you are quiet in sad desperation while on the call with them, hoping a few moments of calm will allow them the chance to come up with a solution or at least express concern, they will either simply sit there saying nothing or suggest they should end the call. For all my trouble, this bank has done nothing but treat me poorly and steal funds. In the beginning, I was so swayed by the marketing and lies that I was going to have other family members set up accounts with this bank. Now I am very glad that did not happen so they did not have the chance to steal money from my relatives too. It is my strong recommendation to run away from doing business with this banking operation as quickly as you can or just never start doing business with them.

Take too long even if they have plenty staff they are super slow. Many times I go thru the drive thru and I have sat there waiting for over 10 minutes and right when I think they are going to help me... someone else will drive up and they will be helped before me. If it wasn't that my mom receives her SSI check there for over 10 years i would change banks in a heart beat. And it doesn't make a difference to report them either. I have called Zapata Tx the main office... Doesn't do any good ðŸ˜

Antiquated bank with out-of-date ATM machines that look like they're from 20+ years ago. Most modern banks and credit unions have ATMs that can handle deposits as well as dispense cash and other functions but not here.

I never had so much problem with a Bank or even this Bank before now, on Monday November 5th 2018, I had called Customer Service to dispute a charge. I was transferred to Dispute Resolution Dept. and then they transferred me back to Customer Service I went back and forth 6 TIMES. Customer Service would tell me they could see my problem where Dispute Resolution Dept. would say they couldn't due to time frame, they couldn't see anything passed 3 months. So I mentioned why don't they check with Customer Service, well anyway I instead went straight to the source of who charged me and got my refund but they credit it to my account at the Bank and guess what the Bank can not see credit. My local bank. So now I going back to the source gave him my local Bank phone number so maybe he can settle it..
