We’ve had a great experience with this storage facility, and a big reason for that is Sarah! She is always so helpful, professional, and kind, making sure all of our needs are met. Whether it’s answering questions or assisting with our payments, she goes above and beyond to provide excellent customer service.
The facility itself is always clean and well-maintained, which gives us peace of mind knowing our belongings are in a secure environment. The security gate adds an extra layer of protection, making us feel even more confident in storing our items here. Highly recommend this location, thanks to Sarah’s outstanding support and the facility’s great upkeep!

False advertisement
Had my husband go rent us a storage unit since I saw they were running a special. (2 BIG SIGNS STATING $21 first month rent) even thought they were all the way across town.
I found out he was charged $70 so called to see if he was mistakenly over charged. Manager told me we did receive the discount but plus admin fee and plus a prorated amount for November (we rented the last day of November) which is why it came out to 70.
I Had my husband pull up the receipt cause it still wasn’t adding up to me. On the recipe it shows first month rent $50 and a $20 admin fee.
He went over so she could explain better in person cause we still weren’t understanding where the promotion discount was included. She told him a different story. She said the sign was from the summer promotion. He asked if she could still honor it since that was the whole reason we chose to rent from them instead of choosing a storage closer to us. She said no. He asked to be given a business email address to corporate/owner to request a refund but was denied contact information. So he then asked if she could at the bare minimum do 10 off for the next 3 months since that’s what we were over charged, and once again she said no. (But later called back and said she could.)
I am never one to make a big deal of something small or bash a business. It’s NOT even about the money or the fact we were over charged $30. It’s the principle of bad business, dishonesty by lying to customers, false advertisement, and borderline rude management. It’s already mid January 2025 and both signs are still up and the promotion ended in the summer of 2024. She said they would take down the signs (almost 2 months ago) cause supposedly they “didn’t know they were still up”. Even though they are 2 very large banners. You can’t miss them.
Very bad business. Unprofessional.

The manager was so helpful!!!! She got us in quick and was so nice during our stay!! The cameras work amazing and then having the gated facility really makes you feel like your stuff will be safe!!!! I had left some things out of my storage unit and was making trips back and forth and someone took our beds thinking they were trash and I called Sarah ( the manager) on a SATURDAY and told her what happened and she looked at the cameras and was able to find out who accidentally took our stuff and had them bring it back immediately. She was so nice and helpful!! I will definitely be using them in the future and would recommend to my friends and family!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 Stars.

Best storage I've used! The facility is in great condition and the grounds are always very clean. The location is great. And the staff is absolutely the best. They are very friendly and helpful and answer the phone or call back very quickly.. pretty much everything you could ask for out of a storage facility.
