Pure Laundry Hell! No attendant. Only 8 of 25 washers work. Several of the dryers are out of order. One might surmise that the owners are in it for profit without reinvesting in their business. i will avoid this place like the plague.

Half of the machines are out of order. And some that don't have the sticky note saying that they are out of order do not work properly, such as not draining the detergent or softener (happened to me). ATM is out of order as well so you might have to do coins only since these card readers have trouble with some credit cards. This place used to be fine in the past, not sure what happened. This place needs some extra work before it becomes a good place to go.

On my working set I use this laundry mat because it's probably the only laundry mat that the machines work compare to the other laundry mats in Beeville. And the old lady is now my friend. 🥰

Went in to do wash a small load. The machine charged $4.50 however, I was charged $15.50 on the app before it actually started working. Talked to Martha and asked her about it she said she knew nothing about the app and did nothing else. Do not come here these machines barely work properly.

Refusing service at 8 PM so laundry doesn’t close till 930 and I only had to wash one small load I didn’t have to dry them I have a dryer at home the old lady. There is so rude. I will never return again this is not the first time that I had issues with this lady one time I went to the restroom and my load had a minute left when coming out of the restroom she threw all Laundry out and started yelling at me and I yelled back. I just walked away to go to the restroom!

Been using another Laundromat for years, got tired of finding more than half of their machines out of order. I come to The Laundry Depot and was able to use any machine in the building. All of the washers are very clean and spotless. Like that you have multiple payment options on the machine. ?

Fine, I haven't been in a laundromat in a while. It was very clean with nice new looking machines. It doesn't matter but very friendly customers.
